I only own Cassandra.

Her feet touched the grass as the winds set her on the island. The small green blades squished under her weight, but became upright once again as she began to walk. A small smile was on her face as she admired her surroundings, touching a few trees and flowers on the way. Her eyes were a light green, shining with intelligence, grace, and beauty. Her pale golden dress swayed around her legs; a small wreath-like crown rested on her loose brown curls.

A small sound, like a single bell, caused her to turn and see a flying object heading toward the beach. Cassie smiled, but continued walking toward the center of the island. Whoever was on the boat was walking a little ways behind her, but she knew they were there.

Not that it mattered. They wouldn’t even know she was watching them. Or that she was there at all.

The lake seemed to glow bright in the reflection of the moon as she passed by it. The group continued to trek on her path. They all came upon the castle. Cassandra knew that while it looked new and polished where she was, it was still worn down and covered in vines where the others were. She couldn’t see their faces, but she knew who they were. Who else would be carrying two people, wrapped in blankets, towards her castle?

The girl smiled. Her locket shone a small golden light, silently instructing her to watch them. The group did not disrupt the earth below them, but rather set the two people near the lake. The body in the white blanket was then lifted by a woman with short black hair, helped by a young boy. Together they carried the figure to the lake, tossing her in. Cassandra took notice of familiar auras by the group. That was how they knew what to do.

The figure wrapped in green was tossed in next. Although the figures were thrown in near the side, they still circled the lake, eventually reaching the middle and slowly sinking. And no one knew that the body in white had just vanished. Cassandra turned to walk up the mountain nearby.

She knew the track well, so it didn’t take much time to reach the top. And once she did, she recognized the group heading back to the beach. They walked slowly. The girl smiled down at them. Colors began to emerge in the nighttime sky, signaling the end. Or rather, the beginning. She stood erect on the mountain peak, arms outstretched.

“I’m home,” she whispered. The sun then rose behind her, causing her to only see a bright flash before she blacked out.

“It feels so cold here now,” Henry whispered as they walked down towards the beach. Hook’s ship was waiting patiently, moving with the small waves. Regina held his hand as the boy started to cry softly.

“It will be alright, Henry,” she replied. Up ahead, Tinkerbell and Blue glanced at each other, giving each other small smiles. Emma walked with Snow and Charming. Hook lingered in the back, looking at the wilting flowers and dying trees. The Lost Boys were at the beach, setting up a temporary camp for the night.

“It is a bit upsetting to think that this island couldn’t protect the one person that protected it.” Hook held up a brown leaf, partly decayed. Emma nodded in agreement.
