CHAPTER10; Girlfriend.

After the Queen Mary, I had experienced a lot of weird and creepy things around the house. Sounds of creaking when no one was awake, and cupboards in the kitchen opening and closing in the kitchen. But it has been two weeks since that video we filmed.

Our fans were still spectacle because of me and Colby. We had shared so much affection to each other, we couldn't even cut half of those lovey dovey clips out of the video. Colby and I talked and decided to stay quiet even though the fans had too many burning questions.

"Valarie," Colby's voice made me jump, and he pulled me out of my thoughts. I spin around in the spinny chair that was in my room and look I look at him. "I have a question." He states.

I nod at him and smile. "What is it Colbs?"

"Well, I wanted to know if you want to go on a date with me again. I don't know where yet but I just want to go out with you tonight." He explained and let out a small shy smile. I've never seen Colby this shy before.

I giggle. "Yes Colby, I would go with you any day." I tell him. He smiled even wider. "Let's go to Danny's Diner again. I love it there."

"That's our place now." Colby said, chuckling. "The only people who can know about Danny's Diner is you and I." He explained and I agreed.

We arranged to head out around six. It was five right now so I decided to get ready. I wore casual clothes and I did my hair and makeup casually as well.

When the clock struck six, I ran out of my room and knocked on Colby's. "Hey beautiful." He said when he opened the door. I blushed.

We headed out and began our drive to the diner. Colby and I had short conversations on the way there.

We finally got there and as usual, Danny greeted us. He looked happy to see Colby and I together. Maybe it's because he's never brought a girl here before.

"So, Sam and I are leaving for Florida in a month," Colby states and slightly smiles.

"Oh," I whisper. "For how long?"

"Two weeks." He confirmed and I nodded. "But I wanted to ask if you wanted to come too. I know Florida's your home state."

My mood was lifted. "Yes! I'll go." I say and he chuckles and nods at me.

We ate our food and laughed the entire time. After we ate Colby drove us to this beach. Who goes to the beach at night time.

"I love being here because you can't see the waves, but you can hear them. It's so peaceful." He explains and I smile and nod.

"I love the breeze." I say to him, and he hums.

"Valarie," He says, and I look over at him. "We've known each other for what, three months?" He asks.

"Yeah, about that time."

"I really like you." He says and chuckled.

"You're too cute. I like you too."

"Val," He says again. "Can you just—you know, be my girlfriend?" He asked nervously. Maybe this is why he's been nervous all day.

"Colby," I comment and he looks over at me with hope. "I'd love to be your girlfriend." I tell him and we both smiled at each other.

Finally. The one thing I was looking forward to. Being Colby's girlfriend.
