Keeley, 24 years old. She was a little woman, with brown, dull hair very elaborately arranged, tied from above and curl until the tip of her hair and she had really clear brown eyes. Her face was long and looks like an innocent girl but she gave no impression of foolishness, rather of great alertness; she had the quick movements of a bird. But even her quickness everyone still notices her because of her beautiful looks, like Venus, a goddess. Yet the most remarkable thing about her was her voice. Soft, intimidating, and without inflection; it tingles on the ear with a soft monotony and quality of intimidation in her voice. She is a working student. A student in the morning and a waiter in a fast-food chain in the evening. She is currently studying marketing management. She sleeps only 4 hours a day but some times she never did. She is a dedicated and goal-oriented daughter. Everyone praise her and neither do I. I met her during high school and because of her beauty stand out it is hard at first to talk to her even though we are seatmates. But as time goes by we became friends. That is a vision I saw after I touch the light flowing from a stranger standing in the counter. He is a male in this life but the future turns to a different course.
I watch myself and everyone else leave the shop. The noise started to stop and the only sound we can hear is coming from the counter and from the stereo. The people inside the shop are all doing their own business. Some are reading books and some are just chilling. It is relaxing but the silence makes me think more.
For hours Renz taught me what I need to learn. Through touching someone's light I can sense and see their past or future depending to what the light wanted me to see. Also, each light has a distinct temperature depending on the emotion of the person having that light. He also told me about the visitation of dreams and touching someone. He said that he also can't explain how to use that certain ability, some times he can touch someone and some times not. He points out that being a soul has some privilege but it has some rules to follow.
I seated there thinking everything he told me. This information helps me learn things that for a very long time I thought I cannot do.
"Also Ae, you can travel in the past but not in the future." He said as he waves his hands' sideways explaining his thoughts. "You just need to think of some memories and try to move away from the present and as you do that you will learn to go back in time."
I sigh, I suddenly felt tired taking all the information he is telling me.
"Now that you know everything you need to know. We need to go back now to the present, to your timeline." He fidgets while saying these words and then stands.
"Wait why?"
"Parisa already left and if we stay here longer you might end up lost."
"But first tell me how did you die?" I said. His eyes started to shake.
"I will tell you but first we need to go."
As we stand and head out of the shop without opening any doors and just passed through a wall. My body all of a sudden stiffen as a dark figure showed up from behind. Renz's eyes glance at me with fear shaking in his soul. He then shouts "Run!"
And I do what he had told me, I run, as quickly as I can. Renz, on the other hand, follows me and trying to catch up. The rush of every people that I passed through makes me felt so much tired. I paused for a second to breathe in but Renz pulled me and before I even notice I saw an image behind my back. A dark figure with no certain shape, it was like a fluid flowing in any direction. Yet if you look closer you can see a body or a soul inside that big blurred of darkness. It almost got me but before it even touches me, Renz was able to drag me to a wall. It happens so fast that before I even blink we reach the other timeline of his memory.
