Again??

(Quick update: Crisis on Earth X all happened Before the lena was abducted on the plane) We walked into the warehouse both putting on a confident exterior. I heard a noise from around the corner but when I tried to use my X-ray vision I soon discovered the whole building was lined with led. I creeped around the corner and gasped when I saw the sight.
"Felicity!" I shouted.
She was sat with a long cut along the side of her face and she had ropes tying up and her hands and legs behind her. I ran to her side and untied her, forgetting Lena who was stood behind me. I held out my hand and helped felicity up and wrapped her in a hug.
"What the hell happened?"
"I was at home when a breach appeared and a bald man came through and brought me here. He says he is using me to reveal all."
"Where is Oliver?"
"I don't know. I don't know where Barry is either."
I hugged her again and Lena cleared her voice gaining our attention.
"Who are you?"
"Oh right. Lena this is Felicity. Felicity, Lena."
"Hi." Lena held out her hand and Felicity shook it. We all raced outside just as another breach appeared. Oliver and Barry made their way through in their hero outfits.
"Felicity!" Oliver called out. She ran into his open arms and I headed over to hug Barry.
"Who's this?" Barry asked nodding at Lena.
"This is Lena Luthor."
"As in Lex Luthor sister?"
"Yeah."
Barry smiled and shook her hand.
"The flash."
"Nice to meet you."
Oliver cleared his throat, his left arm still wrapped protectively around felicity.
"We're here because we need help. Lex Luthor ,We believe has somehow traveled to earth X and collected an army of Natzis."
"The natzis? I hate Natzis."
"Well it's a good job we're all here."
I looked over to see Sara and Iris walking over with Cisco, Caitlin and some other legends.
"Sara! Iris! Guys!" I ran over and hugged them all.
"Well well Well. Look at this hero's gathering!"
We all looked up to see Lex Luthor flying above us.
"Lex?" I could hear the pain in Lenas voice. If we were going to fight now then Lena one way or another was going to find out about Supergirl.
"Lena! Come with us!" Iris, felicity, Cisco and Lena all ran aboard the ship and left us all on the ground.
"Would love to kill you all now but I have to prepare my army. Mark my words. You will all die!"
He zoomed off before any of us could follow him. We all joined the ship headed towards the control panels.
"So we know that Lex is trying to kill us." Barry said.
"That's why he took Felicity. To get us all together." Oliver said a hint of worry in his voice.
"But if he is trying to kill superhero's then why does he want to kill Kara?" Lena asked.
Everyone turned towards me and I took a breath.
"Lena. Let's go somewhere private." I held out my hand and she took it. Bolts of electric shot threw my bones as we touched but I pushed it aside. I took her to a side room and she sat down while I paced nervously.
"Kara what's going on? Why do you know a bunch of superhero's? Why does my brother want to kill them? Where did they come from and why does he want to kill you too?"
"Lena you know the multi universe theory?"
"Yeah?"
"Well is real. There are fifty two earths. Or so we thought. There turns out to be another. Earth X. It's the same as our earth with one major difference. The natzis won the war. Anyway about a month ago there was a Green arrow and supergirl doppelgänger from that earth. We were all on earth 1 for Barry and Iris' wedding when they attacked. Alex, Sara, Barry, Oliver, Jefferson, grey all got taken to earth X. I was stuck here with Iris, Felicity and everyone else was in a meta human cage. They had a red sun lamp to weaken super girl and they tried to take her heart for the doppelgänger. They failed and we eventually won. Grey died trying to get the others off earth X. Once it was all over, me, Alex and Supergirl all came back to this earth."
"So you've fought these Natzis before?"
"Yes."
"And you know supergirls identity?"
"Yes. But Lena if this war does break out between us and them I don't want you around. It's a hard fight and extremely dangerous."
"Are you fighting?"
"I'm heading home to hack into the controls to try and figure out lexs plans. Iris and Felicity will probably do that from here however."
"I want to fight. Kara Lex is my brother and I want to be there when he gets taken out."
"I can't convince you not to do all I will say is please. Lena I beg you. Stay safe. Supergirl will be fighting along side you but I have to know you will stay out of harms way as much as you can."
"I will try. I promise but this doesn't explain why he wants to kill you."
"Because I know all their identities. I'm a friend. Someone they trust."
She nodded and stood up.
"I have to go. Just promise me you will stay safe?"
"I promise."
I pulled her in for a tight hug.
"I can't loose you Lena. It would kill me."
"You won't. I couldn't imagine a world without you so promise me you will stay safe."
"I promise."
We pulled away and shared a sad smile. I held her hand and we walked out to the control panel. It would have been the perfect time to tell her I was super girl but I couldn't. Not yet. It would destroy our friendship and I wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing I hurt her.
I whispered something to Oliver who nodded in response.
"Kara. You should probably go. Super girl will be here soon and it won't be safe."
He said, loud enough for everyone to hear and catch on that Lena didn't know.
I hugged everyone in turn. Jut as I was about to Leave Alex and Maggie ran aboard. I hugged them and told Them what was happening. I ran off and quickly changed into my hero suit and returned swiftly to the ship.
Once on board We all stood around talking to one another.
"Guys listen up!" Oliver shouted.
"If Lex Luthor is using the Natzis and training them to kill us we don't know what they're capable of. Iris, Felicity, Cisco. I want to you try and hack Lex Luthors plans see what is happening and update us with any information. Lena, Maggie I want you to train with Sara and Alex. They are the best human fighters and will teach you all they know. You need to learn how to protect yourselves and others on your team in this fight. The rest of you, follow me!"
I walked up to Lena and tapped her on the shoulder.
"Supergirl."
"Lena. Stay safe. Please. For both mine and Karas sake. I know we haven't really got off on the best foot in the past but I care about you. A lot and it would kill me to see you get hurt."
"I will. You too. And thank you. I see you as a friend, not just a hero or a Ally."
"Thank you."
I hugged her close. She tensed at the gesture but quickly returned it. I watched her leave with Sara, Maggie and Alex.
"She will be okay."
I turned to see Felicity stood behind me with her hand in my shoulder.
"I just hate the fact I'm lying to her."
"I know."
I turned around and hugged her.
"Stay safe. I can't have anyone dying on me."
She laughed.
"We will."
