Chapter 2.

Learning to "believe" in oneself is possibly one of the hardest things we can do,
But it is essential if we want to awaken whom we are.
So how can we achieve this? Well let me tell you now this is not an easy path!
Anything that has happened in your life and maybe any previous life will have to resurface.
You may now be laughing at the concept of what i have written that's ok it may not fit in with who you are. But if you are reading this then you are trying to discover yourself even if you deny it this is our nature we are curious.
To start self belief we need to feel good with whom we are and where we are at in this present moment,
Let's say you have had a bad moment today (And lets face it they are only moment's)
Take a breath and focus on three good things that have happened they don't need to be from this day but boost yourself with happy thoughts.

So now you can finish your day on a good note so you can start fresh in the new day,
When the new day starts is when self belief begins!
Get motivated get up make your bed, Exercise or if exercise is not your thing look in the mirror and talk yourself up if you believe it you can live it,
Talk with people whom love you or you look up to about hopes and dreams anything that makes you happy in the moment.
Even when you have self doubts find motivation,
When I have doubts in myself (Yes it happens) I am lucky to have a wonderful woman in my life whom reminds me to speak and think positive for this I thank her for the love and inspiration,
Learn to focus your energy towards being yourself if you can be yourself anywhere no matter how you act it will help with your happiness and how you feel about you,
When a challenge come's along face it head on give it your all even if you make a little progress it is still progress be proud by doing so bit by bit you will start to see you can do thing's that you used to think looked hard so we never tried.
In the following chapter's we will discover option's on bringing about higher thoughts and happy feeling's so stay with me.
After all how you feel within can affect your health and well-being.
