                           Chapter 7

Have you ever woken up and thought this is going to be a bad day and then it is,
Or a day you were happy was good?
There is a reason for this your thoughts affect everything you do or how you interact with those around you.
Even your health let's look at it.
You are feeling a little down or something happened to change your mood for the worse and you feel stressed out, now that stressed feeling starts a chain reaction in you you may feel the blood pressure rise or notice a headache coming on your productively drops you are snappy towards people and very defensive throughout the day! This in turn can carry through to your home life to your family! Before you know it all hell breaks loose.
On the other hand if everything goes smooth and we stay happy and let our light shine through nothing goes wrong and we feel on top of the world which follows to our home life.

So now how do we stay in the happy frame of mind at our most productive? Well let's face it we are what we are and 99% of us will slip up which is fine not everyday is blue sky's! But the sun still shines.

The first thing we should remember is we can not control every situation that darkens our path , So we can either learn to accept the things that cross our path which in turn takes away that situations power to cause stress.
If it is caused by an individual it is them reflecting how they are feeling at that moment or should we say projecting so once again just accept that is the space they are in at that time so forgive yourself for listening if it starts to affect you, then forgive them or the situation and take five to breath and refocus happy thoughts the more you practice this the easier it gets and your uplifting spirit and energy can sometimes pull other people from a down state of mind,
This is another situation where music, singing or mantras can help even think of something good from the past or listen to some jokes anything to help.
Also remember everything is only there for a moment so that stressful situation will pass everything changes nothing remains status quo.
