Now we have looked at some ways to be happier lets take a look at some more controversial ways of discovering and finding out what and whom we are.
Do you believe you are more than just this life span?
We are an energy or as some put it a soul inside a shell we all have an aura which is possible to see just by using a soft focus on yourself in the mirror well not looking at you directly but an area focusing just around you it may only show for a moment but it's there,
This is our energy or soul shining through even though most can't see it others react to it because this is where your vibration you give off also expands from,
Have you ever seen some body you don't know and just started talking about everything to them all your worries and problems?
Or seen another person and been instantly repelled from them this is all to do with our arua and vibration it is the same reason animals will like or dislike people they sense things very acutely.
Even us as we are, Sense things in this way the difference is we are so conditioned into thinking and acting a certain way we have forgotten our best skill sets which are our survival skills or intuition,
Well i should say most have! Most  women have very good intuition as do some men.
So what if i now tell you the energy that flows through you can be put to use by you to create or heal!
We all have a Chakra system within us that connects us from mother earth to creator above and the entire universe or universe's everything that ever was and everything that ever will be is connected.
Have you ever woken with a jolt if you answered yes then congratulations your energy source has travelled out of your body even if for a second,
Many do this regularly you can travel anywhere and any dimension you like and you may see many things that will open your eye's to a reality that will stay with you even when you are awake alot may be terrifying, Things you only dreamed exsisted but good or bad they are there.

Did you know we can even help ourselves heal from serious conditions i say help!
With a positive mindset and use of your Chakra system you can send energy to any part of your body to help with healing, You can also send energy to others and use it to help them heal.
We are all capable of using this energy and most likely did as youngsters without even realising it remember how fast you could heal or how you saw things you don't want to admit you saw now or even don't remember anymore whatever the case before TV and mobile phones, social media and brain draining schooling and chemical sprayed or modified foods we were much more acutely tuned in to our surroundings and the reality around us.
In short our vibration attracts our tribe others with a simular vibration to you will be drawn to you unfortunately some also draw the wrong type of people so be weary some can be wolve's in sheep's clothing.
