Chapter 5
Start the day off with a bang nothing builds up feel good endorphins as fast as a good excercise routine,
I used to be sceptical about this myself until a friend suggested Yoga to me.(Yes I laughed at first).
Anyway I thought what the hey let's try it!
I found some online yoga video's and signed up for a class early each Saturday morning, I would wake up each day early enough to fit in Meditation and at least fifteen to thirty minutes of Yoga.
At first it was sore, hard, and tiring I felt the pain and struggled to rise each morning but I persevered and I noticed it was getting easier and I was feeling more energetic, Alive even my mood my vibration all started to change and people noticed,
I got told I looked better I carried myself better and made people smile,
Which in turn made me feel even better than I already did, Happiness has that effect!
Anyway what I am trying to say is it need not be a lot just a little each day to start that feel good vibe and it does not have to be Yoga it could be anything you would like to try just watch out you may become addicted to feeling energised.
Just remember do not overdo it at first baby steps in everything we don't want anyone getting hurt trust your feelings if your body say's enough it probably is.
Are you looking for a real challenge try the hula hoop wow as a youngster it was so easy now I have to "adult" it almost seems impossible!
So to anyone whom can Hula hoop I salute you well done be proud of yourself.
Even just walking each morning can make you feel alive and you get to be close to nature which is awesome all the sight's and sound nature produces is just mind blowing.
Meditation
Another great way of finding peace and happiness and raising your vibration is Meditation.
The art of looking within yourself and aligning your chakras it can either be practised with music or without, Indoors or out in nature in fact anywhere you can think of,
Find the most comfortable way for you if trying Meditation some sit in a chair or on the ground or even lay down (Tried this I fell asleep),
If trying meditation you may have lots of thoughts going on just acknowledge each one and let it pass try not to hold onto one particular thought.
It is even possible to ask questions and listen for answers in your thoughts (It works).
Sometimes even visions have been seen.
