As the title state's whether you believe or not the art of a tidy house, Room or work space can affect peace of mind a cluttered space is always a cluttered space from all angles!
Tidy space leads to a more productive mind.How? You ask, Let me explain with a tidy area you know where things are placed so there is no stress in searching for them it works the same with your mind look at it like a filing system place thought's and idea's in your mind that make you happy or will help you achieve goals,
Even though they are in your head it take's time to learn to keep them in an accessible place so also write them down and place them on your person in case you need to remind yourself during the day or maybe share them with others like a smile happy thought's are contagious in a great way.An orderly mind will bring about an abundance of ideas for you will be utilising your thought span in a productive way and accepting energy signals from the universe, These signals are the key to creating good health and happiness / Harmony in life.
Get in to this habit maybe do the dishes in the evening pick up those book's the more you tidy up each day the less of a chore it becomes,
Do you see what is happening you are forming good habits if you do the same with your thought's the less chance negative thought's will take up space and disturb your day.
This can also be affected by the people you have around you in the work space, Say for instance you needed something from their work area you get there and see chaos this can mess up your own mind space so we need to be able to get around letting other peoples clutter bother us this also takes practice.The place I work we move around to different work station's every now and then so someone else has worked there and they are not always tidy with paper work etc,
And at times if it is really bad a walk away approach is needed this is where I just go and take a few deep breaths outside or wherever I can and gather my thoughts again before going back to tackle someone else's mess and make it a clutter free space for myself to work in,.
This works for me it may not for you we each have our own way of achieving tasks after all use what works for your peace of mind.
One thing we don't want to do is yell and scream about it! This not only disrupts your inner peace but also get other people wound up and angry.Now there is a whole room of mad people and no one has a good day.
