"I've always liked the name Hayoon, for a girl." You said with a shrug as you nuzzled deeper into the plush bed below you. Your eyes cast up, staring at the transparent ceiling with your hands folded comfortably at your stomach. "Oliver for a boy sounds cute too."

"Oliver?" Taehyung's voice trailed with the sound of a soft snicker. "Oliva would be a good matching name if we had twins." He quickly added, unable to see the expression he was making due to the position of your eyes, you assumed it was a sly smirk per usual though.

"Do they have to be matching?" Your head wobbled with attitude, you were rebuttaling for the sack of rebuttal at this point, just to add a bit of humor because you knew it struck a nerve with him from time to time. "Maybe I want something opposing, like..." You scrunched your lips together as you tried to think of the oddest pairing of names that came to mind. "Jiwon and Frank."

"Now you're just mixing two different nationalities." He laughed back, you could see his plump lips spreading into a smile. "Who names their children 'Frank'?"

"What's wrong with 'Frank'?" Your eyes broke from the ceiling as you cast your head to the side on the pillow. "It's a 'strong' name." Not that you particularly cared for the name at all.

"It's an old man's name." He quickly replied as he cast his head to the side to meet your eyes. "Unless our kid is going to be born at the age of forty, that names so outdated."

"Says who? It's dignified." Your body rattled with sarcasm, Taehyung could tell you were simply mocking his choices in jest but he still went along with your play.

"Are we having kids in 1916? The name was probably cool then." Taehyung shifted, letting his body roll onto his side as he curled one arm under his head to use as more support, forcing all of his attention on you.

"Ugh, as cool as it would be to time travel, earlier years were not kind to women." Your eyes rolled as you stuck out your tongue to fake gagging. "I prefer my freedom, and the ability to wear pants." You shifted your gaze toward him.

The two of you erupted in laughter for a moment, your eyes cast back up to the glass ceiling as you watched soft beams of light break through the surface of the water and shine down on the glass dome the two of you were encased in, as if glowing from the heavens themselves.

After the little trip to the pyramids in Egypt, you opted to a place that had a bit more of an aquatic feel. One of the man islands of Maldives is where you had landed, that was more or less in the middle of the ocean, closest to the Arabian Sea. A fifty thousand dollar a night hotel that didn't cost either of you a dime, was this the lavish lifestyle of the rich and famous? Was this how the extravagant got to live? You had to admit, it wasn't half bad.

At the same time, no matter how outstanding the view that lay before your eyes was, it just wouldn't be the same if he wasn't here. You let your eyes wander over the canvas before you, the crystal clear water, a home of an entire world of aquatic creatures you couldn't even begin to fathom them all. Small schools of fish drifted by the glass, seemingly unaware of the glass prison that housed two creatures that didn't belong under the surface.

You wondered if they could see past the glass, if they could see you both laying there still on the white sheets of the bed? If they could, what did they think of you? Did they see you as beautiful creatures, mysterious and majestic just as you saw them? Perhaps they found humans repulsive, then again if they did, you couldn't say you really blamed them. Humans are such a destructive species, most of them taking and destroying without consideration of the lives that we share this planet with that are outside of our own race.

Regardless of how they may have seen you, you couldn't help but look at them in awe. Scales that shimmered and gleamed like iron-plated armor, eyes that to most didn't seem to hold life, held untold stories. Inwardly part of you wanted to understand them. At first glance, they all seemed to look alike, but as you stared closer you could see the subtle differences that made each aquatic angel unique. One with a chip missing from its fin, another's coloring just wasn't quite the same as the rest.

You felt to be in an entirely different world. It wasn't like this was the first time you'd ever seen fish before, or that you had never seen an aquarium in your life, but your outlook on things was so different now. You wanted to admire the things you once took for granted, you wanted to look closer at the things you had never given much thought.

Moving one hand from your stomach, you slipped it between your frames and softly took hold of Taehyung's hand without a word. You wanted to experience what was left undiscovered in this world to you, and absorb at it all had to offer, and though it could be amazing to see on your own, it was comforting to have someone you trusted by your side to share those experiences with.

He was your anchor in the ocean that made you stay grounded, he gave you a reach to exist and to want to exist when you shouldn't any longer. He made you want to stay for him, to choose him over any type of peace that the 'other side' might offer. He made you want to 'run from the gods' together, even if you still didn't quite understand what that meant.

Pulling his hand up, you brought it to your lips as you turned your head back to the side. Kissing his knuckles softly as you gave his palm a tighter squeeze, eyes falling shut for just a moment as you relished in the warmth of his hand.

"You know I'd..." You swallowed your words, as your bashfulness reared its head up. "I'd do anything for you." Your words left your lips in a whisper as your eyes reopened to meet his gaze. Unknowingly your hand began to shake. "I'd do anything to make you happy..."

"Baby..." His hand tightened around your own as he scooted himself a bit closer, the distance between your bodies becoming thinner and thinner. "You already do."

You offered up a smile, teeth shining but the tightness of your lips seemed to reflect a sense of pain the quickly reflected in your eyes. "I just--" You let your eyes close as you took in a breath to calm yourself back down, you left your sentence unfinished.

Taehyung released your hand as he brought his palm up to your cheek, brushing back your bangs as he begged for your eyes to reopen as he let his thumb glide under your lower lid. His eyes bounced between your own, looking at so much more than the color, he was seeing much deeper.

"Where is this coming from, babe?" His deep voice asked lowly, you could see that concern return to those earthy brown eyes. Raising a hand you planted it over his own that rested against your cheek.

"It's... it's nothing." You shook your head, trying to whip away the feeling of dread from your heart as you offered him a less pained expression. "I'm just talking nonsense." You let your fingers curl against his palm as you pulled it from your face and kissed the inside of his hand. "You just deserve the world."

"I have the world." He quickly corrected as he swiftly shifted his hand to capture your chin between his two fingers. "I have the world right here in my hands."
