The movie started and the two of you fell silent. The faint sound of chewing was the only noise coming from either of you and you couldn't help but notice how microscopic the space was that separated you both. You had seen this movie before, countless times actually.

It was a love story, but also historical. You had gained interest in not only the enthralling tale of fictional Jack and Rose but the mystery behind the real-life ship itself and the countless wonders that it held.

"Give me your hand, I'll pull you back over."

"No. Stay where you are. I mean it, I'll let go!"

"No, you won't..."

You stuffed a piece of glazed, seeded chicken between your pale lips as your eyes remained glued to the screen, watching with interest as if you didn't already know what was going to happen.

"What would you have done?" Taehyung's voice questioned beside you.

"Hm?" You hummed. Turning your head toward him, you tilted it slightly as you quickly swallowed your food. "What?" Your brows knitted together at the center.

"What would you have done? If you were Jack?" He asked as his head whipped around to face you, only a foot separating his lips from yours. His wet hair was sticking against his forehead, small milk chocolate strands tickling at his lashes.

"That's an odd question to ask." You scoffed, whipping your head back around to the T.V as you tried to dismiss the subject.

"Why?" You could feel his eyes glued to your cheek as if they were burning a hole into the side of your face, he still wanted an answer to his obscure question.

"Because stereotypically, of course anyone would say that they would save the girl." You explained, watching as the male lead did exactly that. He pulled her back over the railing as she involuntarily slipped and the two of them came tumbling down onto the boat's deck.

"But...?" His voice drew out in attempts to get you to elaborate.

"But, it's hard to be certain. It's easy to talk a big game but you never really know till you are in that situation."

"But, if you know yourself well enough, wouldn't you be able to tell?"

"Possibly, but then it just comes to white lies. Do you honestly believe yourself a hero or would you be willing to admit to someone that you'd lack that bravery to risk your own life for another's? I doubt many would admit the second aloud."

"I guess you have a point." Taehyung said as his lips spread into a bittersweet smile, accepting your answer as just that, with no intention of pressing you further. Though, he seemed a bit deterred by your lack of optimism.

You turned your head to him just as he turned his attention back to the sad, legendary film. You just stared at his profile for a moment before--

"But, I can tell you that I know what you would do."

"And what's that?" He asked, it was his turn to avoid your eyes as you let your gaze burn against his cheek.

He had a considerably valuable side profile. The line of his jaw was sharp, yet somehow soft. A defined line stretched straight from the connection of his pierced earlobe to his chin, but not so sharp that he looked malnourished.  You took note of the two little black studs that graced his perfectly sized left ear, you'd never noticed them before.

The bridge of his nose was as straight as an arrow, pointing out towards the T.V screen but curving slightly at the tip as to not be too sharp, just like his jawline. That cute freckle near the tip, that you had only recently discovered, was almost hidden from view. There was a faint dip that connected to his pale pink upper lip that stuck out just a hair further than his lower. Though not overly thick, they still had shape and a fullness that you almost envied.
