Chapter 16

{I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while. I was going to post earlier this week but this chapter got deleted on accident. It kinda sucks but I hope you still enjoy! ;D}

"So are you sure that you can spend the night?"

"Yeah, my dad let me off the hook because I left a note," I hate lying to my best friend but honestly he was too drunk to remember that he grounded me until spring break.

Kennedy hit the gas and we sped off towards my friends house.

"Lexy!? How many people are here?"

"There is 5 of us spending the night, including me."

"That's way too many people!"

"Mom... You let me have 7 friends over before," Alexis retorted back.

"Touché, as long as you guys don't burn down the apartment."

"No promises," Alexis gives a disarming smile. Her mom leaves and we start to come up with plans. All together there is me, Alexis, McHaila, Kennedy and Brittany.

"Hey guys... I think we should play man hunt since it's kinda dark out and then we should play truth or dare," Kennedy remarks. She glances at all of us for approval.

McHaila and Brittany just nod. I shrug, not really caring what we do.

Alexis replied with, and her exact words, "Fuck yeah!"

"Okay... Alexis truth or dare?" I say with a smirk on my face.

"Dare!"

"I dare you to," I paused to stop and think, " I dare you to have an argument with an inanimate object."

"Say what now?!"

"You heard me! You can't back out of anymore dares by the way," I stated. We came up with this rule where you can back down from 2 dares.

Alexis purses her lips and gives me a death glare. She stands up and walks over to her wall. She starts to yell at it saying, " What did you do to the potatoes? Why?! They were $5! FIVE FLIPPING DOLLARS AND YOU THREW THEM OFF A BRIDGE?! I thought we had something special when I passed the remote to you in the moonlight... I thought we were special." She ends with falling to the ground and rolling around. The rest of us are rolling on the floor trying not to piss our pants.

{A.N.- I was playing truth or dare with my friends and that actually happened. I have it all on video xD It was really one of those moments where you had to be there.}

"Okay, okay... Ha ha. Now Skyler, truth or dare?"

"Dare!" I remark.

Alexis replies without hesitation," I dare you to let us go through your contacts and whoever we choose, you have to call them and tell them 'i love you'."

"Alright! Challenge accepted!" I figured they wouldn't choose "Mitchel" because they don't know who he is. I really don't have any other guy contacts so I'm not worried. After a good 5 minutes they choose one and hit speaker button and the green, call button. When I see who they're calling I freak the freak out. Mitchel's name was at the top of my screen.

"Guys he is probably asleep..." I say while trying to hide my nerves. The ringing stops and a groggy voice goes through the speaker.

"Uh... Skyler are you okay? It's like 3:30 ya know." I completely froze at the sound of his voice.

"Give me the phone!" Kennedy yells as she snatches it off of my lap. I try to pull it out if her grasp but Alexis held me back. McHaila was just sitting there laughing.

"Skyler?!"

"She is fine Mitchel! She just wanted to tell you something important."

"Uh huh... What is so important that she has to tell me at 3:30 In the morning?" He says with a little laugh that kills me inside.

I manage to yell out, "give my phone back!" Quickly after Alexis covers my mouth with her hand.

"Skyler shush! You could've said truth!" Kennedy says with her hand covering the mic on the phone. "Skyler wants to say that she loves you and she doesn't know what she would do without you."

"Well I love you too Skyler. I'm going back to sleep. Goodnight girls and covering the phone with your hand does shit," he says and hangs up. Everyone starts to laugh and Brittany comes out of the bathroom confused.

He said he loved me, but he said that to just go back to sleep. Also he is with Sauli. What am I thinking anyways?! He is gay! He doesn't like girls, he likes the boys.

"Aw he loves you!" McHaila exclaims.

"Yeah..."
