"So, it's true. You are back to work." I heard someone said after the door opened. "Does this mean, mission accomplished ka?"

Instead of saying something I just look at her and smile.

"Hey, don't give me that smile! Give me an answer!"

"I assumed you forgot that I am your boss at hindi ka basta basta pumapasok sa opisina ko." sabi ko sabay iling.

She chuckled and walk towards my table's direction. "Well, I don't think I still need your answer. Based on the smile plastered on your face, I believe you got her back now." Smirked is plastered on her face

"All I can say is that I am happy." I told her.

"that answer is good enough." She said then she sits on the chair in front of my desk "So, is it true?"

Kunot noo ko naman siyang tinignan. Confused on what she asked me.

"Come on, Patricia." She said "Tell me, totoo ba ang chismis na magaling siya sa..."

"Stop right there, Rox!" I cut her off then it finally hit me.

"What?" she asked innocently "Gusto ko lang naman malaman ito if it's really true." She said those while pouting.

"Isa, Roxanne!" sabi ko dito "Tigilan mo ako ah.. baka gusto mo talagang maka tanggap ng termination letter."'

Tumawan naman ang magaling kong secretary dahil sa sinabi ko "Relax, Pat. I just want to know if it's true." I rolled my eyes on her. "Please, stop acting like nothing happened between you two. Dahil kahit ideny mo, hindi ako maniniwala."

"You will not hear anything from me, Rox." I told her firmly "So please lang, don't ask me about it."

I see smirked on her face and I again, I rolled my eyes on her.

"Did you just come here para lang tanungin tungkol dyan?" I asked her "As far as I know, you are supposed to be with tito Arnold."

"Well, the meeting was adjourned, and I was asked to go back here since they said that the big boss arrived." She explained "So," may pang asar na ngiti na sumilay sa mukha nito.

"Ayaw mo talagang tumigil eh no?!"

"fine," she said and laid her back on the chair "So, kayo na ulit?"

Umiling ako "Not yet." I said, "But she said she loves me, and she said that we need to fix things first before we get back together." I can't help not to pout on that thought. The thought na wala pang kami makes me anxious these past few days.

"Between the two of you, Kaye really is the one with the right mind." Roxanne said then chuckled kaya sinamaan ko siya ng tingin. "What? Totoo naman yung sinabi ko at sinabi niya." she claimed

"We can fix things while we are together." Giit ko dito.

"Mahal ka nung tao, Pat. She said it herself." She said "Pero tama siya, marami pa talaga kayong dapat ayusin before settling into relationship." Dagdag nito "Just trust her on this, Pat."

"I trust her." I said it without a doubt "Wala lang akong tiwala sa mga taong umaaligid sa kanya."

"So, now, you finally realized how many people waiting and wanting her." she chuckled "You know what," she stops on giggling "Kaye may not have the beauty of a goddess and a body to die for, but her character and personality makes anyone fall for her."

"Will you stop, Rox?" inis kong sabi dito because I don't like to hear anyone appreciating Kaye in front of me.

"What?" she said while giggling.
