~*Lani*~

I finally got my business started and it was instantly popping due to the connections I had with my previous clients. I had recruited 25 girls although I said about 20. The last five were girls that I wanted to make feel beautiful because they had low self-esteem but the right weave, clothes, shoes, and makeup can make any girl feel beautiful. Then again it's about loving yourself all the time and not just loving yourself when you're all dressed up.

I walked into the big living room and looked at all the girls after they got settled in. Today was moving day and I told them to bring everything they owned. Most of the girls had a lot of things while some had little to none.

   "Hey girls." I smiled big.

   "Hi Lani!" They yelled happily.

"So the official start day is tomorrow but I want to go over a few things." I walked over to the chair in the middle of the room and sat down.

"Is someone getting kicked out already?" A French girl named Iza asked.

"No honey. I just want to make a few things clear that weren't given good detail at the auditions." I crossed my legs as I eyed them.

"Oh okay." Iza looked away and started messing with her nails. She was one of the five with low self-esteem.

"So I would like to start this meeting off with welcoming you all to the house. I know we are all grown but unless y'all got the money for a 25 bedroom house y'all gone be bunking together by twos."

Tarsha raised her hand slowly and I gave her the thumb up to ask her question.

"I was wondering about that because five girls won't have a room. Where do they sleep or stay?"

"I'll tell you in just a moment but for now just hold off on the questions." I winked at her on the slide then looked at the rest of the girls.

I stood up and decided to walk around to make sure they heard and understood me better.

"I know for some of y'all this is just about the money while for some of you its about finding your sexuality while getting paid for it. A couple might be here just to try something new and get away from certain things which I totally understand."

I stopped and looked at the girls to see them hanging onto every word I muttered which made me a little big headed because it meant they respected me.

"Now I will like to talk about dress code. In the house you can wear whatever you want but when outside you have to dress business casual or conservative while classy. So when y'all are assigned to your rooms I want y'all to lay all your clothes out and I will send someone in to look it over. Some things you can keep but anything too trashy will be thrown away."

The girls nodded in understanding and I continued.

"As I just said, y'all will be assigned rooms and I paired y'all on who'll you will most likely hate. I want to break the ice and I don't want petty little drama going on in the house so you either get along with your roommate or you leave."

I heard a couple grunts and lip smacking but I ignored it.

"As we told you at the auditions, if you want to leave then you either wait until your contract is up in a year or you pay to get out of your contract with the money you earned if its that necessary. Then again you can get kicked out if you are abusing drugs or representing us in a bad way. You get two warnings to get yourself in order then it goes to a two week suspension without pay and if that doesn't work then you're gone. Understood?"
