Choi Hyun Suk

I kept tilting my head while walking at the school halls. "Did such a thing ever happen in our school? I mean I never knew there was some kind of rumor going on around like that. Especially in our batch." I mumbled.

"You must be really unbothered." Soyoung said as she walked beside me with crossed arms.

"No, I just don't like gossip and talking to other people."

"The accident was pretty big though, how come you never knew?" She asked. "I don't know..." I said, "Besides, I don't really want sticking into other people's lives. I don't want people barging in my life that's why I won't do it to others." I added.

Soyoung looked at me with an expression I couldn't read, "Guess you've dealt with a lot of rumors." She asked.

"Yeah. Loads. When I was in elementary and middle school, high school even. I used to snitch to everyone that I could see ghosts, and they'd label me crazy and turn me into a loner.

Well, until I met the others. My social life became a lot better and to be honest, I don't wanna ask for more because their the only friends I need."

I heard a small giggle from Soyoung, "What?" I asked her, rethinking on what sounded so funny for her to giggle. "No it's nothing. I just wished I also found friends like that." She said, half joking.

"I mean i'm here."

"Hmmm, friends huh?"

At her question, I felt my face flush which caused me to instantly look away from her. I moved both of my hands to the straps of my bag, clenching it tight, and felt my face flush even more.

"The fuck are you talking about?"

She didn't answer me. She just let out a loud ass laugh and even had to hold her stomach. This girl isn't just a ghost, she's satan's descendant and it just shows.

"By the way, who's this Woong person?" Soyoung brought up after calming herself down.

"He was Midam hyung's batchmate, some alumni business I guess? I heard he'll stay for a while."

As I walked inside the building, Seunghun immediately jumped at me. "Did you hear? Did you hear?"

He repeated like a parrot. "Hear what?" I asked, "Woong hyung is back!!" He had a really bright smile plastered on his face and was clapping repeatedly.

"Byounggon hyung said we might all eat together lunch right?" I tried confirming. "Yupppp, i'm so freaking excited." Seunghun exclaimed.

Well that's not surprising. Like Midam hyung, Woong hyung is the best. He always treat us out and since he travels a lot, he always has souvenirs for us.

He's super kind and pretty popular in younger batches if I must say, even if he's already an alumni he's still popular.

Even though after Midam hyung's passing, he did change. I wouldn't say the bad change but he sure is different. He still never fails to be loving though, and a good elder example.

"Let's go to class already. I can't wait for lunch." Seunghun stated. I just followed him, while Soyoung is tailing me as usual. She seems curious enough.
