( Holaa, it's me again. This chapter is quite long.  Let me know what you prefer longer or shorter chapters.
Andddd do you want to read the pov from other characters? If you do let me know who, I might write a chapter from their pov!!)

I take one hand out of my crutch and open the back seat door. Then when I want to take off the other I close the door accidentally with my elbow.

Wow, he was right, I'm clumsy. Fortunately, he is already a lot further and had not seen it. Then I open the door again and put my crutches and bag in the back seat. That takes getting used to, walking with crutches. I sit in the passenger seat.

"Hey mom," I put on my seat belt before we drive away.

"Ci, what happened?" She looks worried but not surprised. We all know it would happen someday.

"We had to climb a rope, but then a girl said something and I got distracted and fell. I landed on the side of my foot and fell on a bench with my head. "I study the tape to see which pattern is in it.

My mother sighs. "How's your head?"

"All right, just a wound. I have to walk with tape and crutches for 6 to 8 weeks. "

She is silent, "the competition." Is all she says.

"Yes," I sigh. I feel that I'm getting sick. I trained so much for nothing.

We are quiet and listen to the radio.

"Have you made any new friends?" My mother asks. I look at her in surprise."The boy you just sat with."

"Oh, yes, a few," I say and scratch the nail polish off with my nails.

"He seemed a little older than a sophomore." She looks questioningly at me again. I ignore her gaze and just look into my hands.

"Yes he is a junior, he is the new boy I had to show around." My mother nods and laughs.

"Handsome boy," She laughs.

I nod.

Yeah, he sure is.

When we get home I go and lie in the hammock in the back garden. My mother is sitting on the couch watching TV. I pick up my phone to turn on soft music. A message from Jade appears on my screen.

Jade:
Hey Ci, how are you?

Where are you?

I respond immediately.

Me:
Hey, Jade, I'm fine. I'm home now. I have a tear in my ankle ligament and a wound on my head. I'll be back at school tomorrow. Will you tell me if we have any homework?

I leave the chat again and click on the other message,  it comes from my class chat.

Klaus:
Does anyone know how Cira is?

Kendall:
No, not yet I think she will respond soon.

Diaro:
What actually happened?

Jade:
Cira was just climbing until someone couldn't keep her mouth shut with those stupid comments of her that distracted Cira. She fell, landed on the side of her foot and bumped her head.

Diaro:
Oh Really, who said what?

He asked  3 minutes ago. I respond quickly before someone else answers him.

Me:
I'm home now. There is a tear in my ankle ligament and I have a wound on my head, but I am fine.

Kendall responds immediately.
