My name is Teyana Washington. I'm 24 years old and I work as a stylist and a accountant for Keith Powers aka my best friend. Keith and I met when we were 5. He lived in this nice neighborhood and my mother actually worked for his mother as her maid. I'm not ashamed to say it because not only did his mom and my mom become business partners and friend once she found out that my mom had a degree but Keith and I became best friends. He would look after me when the kids would bully me for wearing old shoes and would even bring me food when we ran out.

I'm just nervous I've been out of work for awhile and it feels weird being back," He confesses

Keith loved my smile so when I smiled so did he. He gave me a hug and I hugged back.

Excuse me?." A voice said

They broke the hug and turned to see Keith's girlfriend standing there.

Hey Lizzy. See you on set." I walked off

Now you might think that was rude but I don't like that bitch at all. She's so passive aggressive, Keith never sees what she does but somehow catches me when I retaliate. She doesn't like me because I'm best friend's with Keith. I don't like this hoe because she told everyone how poor I was.

The show got started and we finished filimg around 6. I hated to leave my best friend on a hot friday night in Miami but I couldn't keep fake smiling around his girlfriend my jaws hurt.

Where you going?." Keith caught me

Uhh I got.. a date." I said

Be for real." He rolled his eyes

I just don't want to hang with you and her tonight third wheeling and shit." I answered

I understand. Wanna watch that old Aaron Carter movie we used to love after then?." He smiled

Fine." She chuckled and roller her eyes; as long as you bring ice cream," Teyana added

Gosh your so stupid Keith." My girl said

We drove in silence cause I honestly didn't feel like arguing with her. As I drove I got a call from my best friend I rejected the call which made her look at me funny. Then a text came in.

Who is it?." She asked him

My best friend," He sighs

That bitch." She snarled

What has Teyana ever done to you?." I asked

She wants you Keith and I'm not having that. I don't care how long y'all been best friends." Lizzy scoffed

Finally I was at her house it seemed like it took forever. Keith gets out the car and opens her door but she didn't get out.

What's wrong now?." I asked

That hoe or me? You pick and I hope you pick right ." Lizzy folded her arms

Teyana." He quickly replied

What?." She said shocked

Teyana doesn't yell at me. She doesn't embarrass me and she listens to me when I talk. Teyana doesn't need my money and she knows how to give me space when I need it. Your always calling me stupid and when I tell you about it you just tell me I'm acting like a bitch. I need someone that'll be by my side during the good, bad,ugly and worse. I'm sorry Lizzy." He got into the car

Keith drove to the nearest 7-11 and picked up some Oreo ice cream pops. But before he pulled up he FaceTimed Teyana. When she answers she's wearing his Kings jersey, her hair wrapped and a noxzema mask on.

K: hey baby girl
T: best frannnnnn. Damn you look good
K: thanks my best friend picked it out for me.
T: did you get the ice cream?
K: I did but Teyana you got ice cream right there
He laughed
T: I know but I'm gonna run out by the second half of the movie
She said as she ate a spoonful of ice cream
K: wow. I'll be there in like five minutes
T: okay the keys in the spot. Drive safe best friend I love you and put your wallet and registration on the dashboard just Incase you get pulled over
K: thanks lady I love you too.

As I started the car I couldn't help but be thankful for Teyana. The only other girl to tell me to drive safely and what to do if I got pulled over was my mother. Wow.
