I was sitting in my room watching my best friend Rodrick, well you guys know him as Roddy Ricch, perform at the 2021 Summer Jam. That's my shit! "I just hit a lick with the box. Had to put the stick in the box".

What you in here yelling for?" My fiancee, Sheldon came in.

"Rod's performing" "Oh". I wanted to go since it's only downtown but I'm not tryna get the 'Rona." Sheldon and Keisha laughed

When Rod started rapping High Fashion Sheldon turned the channel. "Sheldon, what are you doing?"

You get way too hype over that nigga". He shrugged and turned on the NBA summer league.

I didn't want to argue with him so I just took out my MacBook and started doing some schoolwork. I'm so ready to graduate, I really want this ph. D. in Aerospace engineering/ studies but at the same time it is stressful as hell! Babe can you hand me the Advanced Engineering book?." Keisha asked. Sheldon put the book on the bed then went to the bathroom.

When she turned to grab it she saw Sheldon's phone and his ex's name on the screen. She looked into the bathroom and saw he was still in there. Just like any woman would I went to their messages and it broke my heart. But what really broke my heart was when I saw the other woman on his phone.

"What's wrong my baby?" Sheldon tried to hug her

Why the hell are you such a liar? You told me you were done with all these other women." Keisha said and held up his phone.

Have you been going through my phone? I told you about that right?" Sheldon asked moving closer to her. Don't pull that shit with me, Sheldon! Mhm, let's see who else is in here." Keisha smirked as she sat on one of the bar stools. I started reading the text messages and I saw a text from a girl who I thought was my friend. Really Sheldon?! Ieshia? My friend---

Sheldon pulled her from the high ass bar stool and slammed her to the ground beating her and kicking her. I lay there crying not knowing what to do. I tried to get up but he spat on me and pulled out his pistol aiming it at me.

"Sheldon please" Keisha cried. Sheldon put his gun on the table and spat on me again before leaving. I knew Rod was performing so I had to call his mom to come and get me. Keisha grabbed her phone "Hey, mom can you come to ge--" she blacked out

"ATL! I'm out this bitch, love yall man!" I just finished my performance at the 2021 Summer Jam. It was now time for me to head home and plan this fourth of July party. Yo, Rodman, we got to go, we got to head to Mercy Hospital." My boys came to me and said. No questions asked I hopped in the truck and did 90 all the way home. When we got to the hospital I ran straight to the desk where my mom stood.

Mommy, what is wrong? Are you ok?." I put my hand on her forehead and started looking into her eyes. "Boy, get off of me. I'm fine. It's Keisha"

Sheldon beat her again?" Rod sighed. Mom nodded.

Hey Doc, I'm here for Keisha James. Can we see her?." Come, come. I'll check to see if she's stable enough to talk."The doctor led us to her room.

Ms. James? I have some visitors for you," The doctor said

Keisha? Oh my God," Rod sighed

"Please stop screaming it hurts my head". Keisha, please come home with us." My mother said

"It wasn't his fault ma" Keisha sighed

"He loves me". Keisha that's bullshit and you know it!." I shouted. Mom can y'all give us a bit of privacy?" He asked and they left

"Keisha, you call that love? I don't even think he likes you!"

You know what Rod go to hell!! If he leaves I have to go home back to my toxic ass house in Ohio! I have no one else!" Keisha cries

So what am I then? Just a random nigga? If he leaves today you always have a place at my house and to be around people who love you. Just please leave him," Roderick let a tear fall

I can't believe I'm crying right now. Nothing has ever made me cry except the birth of my daughter.

"Her vibe and she thinks." I sat in a chair. What I'm saying is that's what I use to feel her out, pick her brain. I female with brains and energy to match is a dangerous woman" I added.

Her facial expression soften. "So I have the brains and energy to match?"

He grabbed his coat and left the hospital room..
