i dream of the denim jackets in the breeze
finger tips on lips
aching for one more
kiss
clouds sailing
you said you were the clouds
and i the sun that broke through them
lighting up the day
forgetting all the broken things you were meaning to say
for pain was erased when i touched your face
and the winds didn't blow so strong anymore
for i the sun through the clouds
the beating in your heart so loud
feeling your hand squeeze mine
in a crowd of strangers
the cigarettes in my denim jacket
only two left in the packet
smoke in my lungs
you in my heart
us in the dark
i dream of the denim jackets in the breeze
finger tips on lips
aching for one more
kiss
