"Goodnight" Texts

Since you left me,
I can't find someone next
I miss you and miss your eyes
I miss all your "Goodnight" texts

I look at these messages,
Remembering how we used to be
We used to smile from out heart
In the pictures of you and me

The night falls down and stars shine
We used to lay back to count them
Comparing which is more? Your love or the stars?
I look at the mirror, I'm such a dumb

I wonder how you are doing
I wonder if you still love me
Do you still look at the messages I sent?
When we wished to be young and free

Do you still send these "Goodnight" texts
To someone else, other than me?
Because if it's like this,
My tears will make a large sea

"Goodnight" texts were what made us fall in love
It made us realise we are meant to be
It was a choice made in heaven
Yet you refused to agree

I hope you look at these "Goodnight" texts
When you want to fall asleep then you fail
I know you don't look as fresh as you used to
When you step outside and breath the same air
