The students in 1-A were mortified when they first learned Midoriya had been taken, most of them have no details of the incident and are trying their best to stay calm. But that is much more difficult when they have basically nothing in front of them. It's as if the fact that he's not coming to class is the only evidence he's gone.
If they hadn't been told Midoriya was captured, they might've just assumed he took a vacation or something.
Being the son of one of Inko's closest friends, Bakugou knows more about the situation than most. Inko visits often and he listens in on a few of the conversations shared between her and his mother. He knows that the police have no current leads and that the school has been in a panic since he was gone.
It's also not questionable at this point, if Midoriya comes back, he won't be returning to UA. This was the last straw, Inko was already doubting the schools ability to protect the students and now she's had enough. Even still,.. that's an if.
Bakugou hasn't said it aloud--no one has--but many have realized, it's likely he won't be coming back. And it terrifies the school that the villains haven't made a move since his disappearance. Logically, they had to take him for a reason, whether that be to kill, torture or turn him against the hero's, they had to have a plan for him, but they haven't done anything.
There have been a few attacks around town by the Vanguard action squad, but the authorities have decided it's a ruse, a distraction and unrelated to Midoriya's kidnapping.
~oOo~
Midoriya's sparring with Toga at the moment. They each have a knife and are keeping a steady and fast pace. Swipe, dodge, block, punch. Midoriya's eyes dart back and forth, watching her hands and matching her movements to keep from being cut or hit.
After moments of staying in sync, Midoriya smirked and jabbed the knife in her direction while pushing Toga's fist away, throwing off the rhythm. The motion forced her to lose balance and thrust forward, being cut by his blade on her shoulder.
"Ha, good one, Izuku," Toga panted, looking at the blood on her upper arm as she regained her balance. She looked up with an impressed smile before she saw the grin on Midoriya's face.
He had gotten the upper hand in the fight and it was exhilarating. And he wasn't done. His grin stayed as he lunged forward, swiping the knife near her abdomen and making her jump back. He did this a few more times until Toga cought her opening and ducked under his arm to end up behind him.
That only made him change his tactic and twist on his foot to spin around and kick her torso. She fell to the ground, holding her stomach in pain as Midoriya got on top of her, legs on either side and the knife to her throat.
"You win, you win," Toga said, showing her hands in surrender.
Midoriya's teeth gritted together as he smirked, proud of his actions and her defeat. He leaned back and sighed, wiping the sweat from his brow with the back of his hand. He held his hand out to Toga, offering to help her up and she happily obliged.
There was no denying that Midoriya was getting more and more violent, pleasing his father greatly. Midoriya is the only one to not notice his violent tendencies as time goes on, but the others are still mentally comparing him to Izuku Midoriya, hero in training. He's turned into a different person and it only took three weeks of that yellow pill.
Midoriya couldn't help the smile that had spread across his face because man that was fun. He didn't notice the slightly worried look on Toga's face as they headed to the bench against the wall for a bottle of water.

"Hey Tomura?" Midoriya asked as he looked up at the stars. The two of them seemed to spend a lot of time together on the roof at night. It was always calming for Midoriya to feel a cool breeze in the dead of night flowing through his fluffy hair and Tomura had to admit that this Midoriya, the Midoriya not hellbent on being like the number one hero, had grown on him.
"Yeah," he dazed, not taking his eyes off the stars in the dark sky.
Midoriya was quiet, blinking up at the sight before them. "When do you think father is going to let me go out with the rest of you?" His question held a sadness that was unmistakable. He was longing for something, if the broken equipment and fight with Toga earlier today wasn't evident enough of that.
Tomura hummed, it was a difficult question because he knew the risks that were kept secret from the green haired boy. He truly didn't know what answer he was allowed to give, it might be a while before his boss thinks Midoriya's ready, but as far as Tomura is concerned, the medicine has done it's job. In the end, "I'm not sure," was all he managed to say. "Has your memory returned at all?"
This question was a test Tomura was told to give at some point. Midoriya, of course, didn't realize this and only though Tomura was wondering aloud.
"I woke up three weeks ago, my memory's fine," Midoriya lied, afraid that he may never remember. But this lie meant he passed the test, there's no way he could remember things that never happened so it was clearly a lie from the start, the fact that he lied though, it's why he passed. He's fully on their side, he wants their trust just as he trusts them.
"Then I'm sure he'll let you go soon.."
