Liars (Villain Deku)

8-A Breaking Voice

(Sorry that the events of canon are wayyy out of order. It's probably confusing..)

"Izuku," his fathers hand gripped his shoulder making the green haired boy tense. He took a deep breath as he stared up to him.

"I've been debating a mission recently," his father informed him. "It would be a risk for you to go but I think you may be ready."

Midoriya's shoulders relaxed and he found a smile on his face. "Oh, please! I can do it just fine!," he exclaimed. "Let me go! I could do it!" He bounced with anticipation.

His father sighed, giving in, "we know from a certain staff member that the school UA is supposed to go to a building away from the campus. The USJ."

"Universal Studios Japan?"

His father scoffed, "no. Shigaraki will be leading the attack and it may be our chance to end All Might. For you though, there will be other students and teachers there.." he sounded uneasy explaining his sons role in the mission to him. "You have to help the others keep them away from the main fight."

Izuku jumped and clapped his hands together. "I can do that easily! I'm a bit dissapointed that I won't be there to end All Might though.."

"No worries my son, between you and I, I don't have much faith that this will succeed. You'll most likely have another shot at him."

His smile never faded since he was told they were about to go. Kurogiri stood at the front of a large crowd, waiting for the queue from the UA traitor and when they got it, the fun started.

Kurogiri opened the warp gate and they all stepped through to see the USJ with a class atop a tall set of stairs. Midoriya chuckled when he heard some of the teachers yelling to protect the kids.

"Isn't this exciting," he giggled to Tomura.

He looked over to Izuku, dead hand on his face, "Heh, sure is.."

Kurogiri began to split up the students and panic quickly filled the air.

The hero EraserHead jumped down the stairs into the middle of the gang and instantly started fighting.

Midoriya rushed forward to attack the hero and Tomura called after him quickly. "Midoriya, no! Wait-"

But he had already sprung forward with his fist pulled back, when EraserHead noticed him, his eyes widened but he didn't block Izuku's attack or erase his quirk. He nailed a hit square in the jaw and the hero was shot back several yards. Izuku smiled easily at this.

When he regained his bareings he sat up and stared in shock. "M-Midoriya..?"

Tomura put a hand on Midoriya's shoulder and walked past hum with one of his nomu. Izuku knitted his brows and stared at the hero as Tomura began to monologue and brag about his pet.

How'd he know my name? He pushed the thought aside and remembered the objective. "Tomura, All Might isn't even here!?" He ignored him.

"Fine," he mumbled and ran off in the opposite direction of the fight. He just needed to get away from all this, everything that didn't make sense to Midoriya was piling up and overwhelming.

When he was far enough away from the fight, where he could barely hear them, he started to walk. Thinking everything over and, as it always did, it nearly brought tears to his eyes. And it made him afraid; he walked with his head low.

The yellow pills. Missing memories. Fuzzy memories. Small phrases. Built up anger. Stain. EraserHead. Tomura. All Might. Everything.

"Not possible.."

Great, a student, Midoriya thought as he heard the voice. But it was a distraction so he was willing to deal with them with a smile on his face. He lifted his head and saw a redhead and a blond, both with shock carved harshly into their features. Kirishima and Bakugou.

"D-Deku..?," Bakugou stepped forward, tangible disbelief in his tone.

"Who now," Midoriya chuckled. "I'm not exactly in the mood for this right now so-"

"Are you really here? How? Where have you been?!," Kirishima pleaded desperately.

Midoriya frowned. He stepped back and shook his head, "shut up with this nonsense. I'm gonna kill you, you realize that right?"

The two of them glanced at each other with dropped jaws. "Midoriya, are you alright..?"

"What the hell are you doing, deku?!"

His heart skipped beats, he wasn't understanding what they were saying. Or rather, he didn't want to understand. "I said stop!," he yelled. "We're going to end All Might!! Once and for all! You-"

"Come on deku! What the hell are you saying?! All Might's your hero! What happened to you?!," Bakugou's voice cracked.

Every word resonated in Midoriya's heart. But he didn't know them and he couldn't accept anything right now. "Stop acting like you know me! You're delusional! I don't know either if you, so shut up!!"

Kirishima covered his mouth, his eyes glossing over. Bakugou only yelled more, tears pricking his eyes as well. "Bullshit! It's me, Bakugou, c'mon, it's Kirishima," he pointed at Eijirou as he just stared.

"I can't listen to this!," Kirishima fell to his knees and covered his ears, his head low.

Midoriya was silent, still confused.

"Please, deku! It's me, Bakugou! Come on we grew up together! Katsuki!? I fucking bullied you for a long time and you stayed strong through all of it, please, you have to know me!! I'm sorry!! Say something! Please.. Come on!! Bakugou Katsuki! Please! ...Kacchan! It's me! Deku!!! I'm Kacchan!! Listen to me, idiot!," he was crying now and didn't care, his voice broke with every word, soaked with emotion, desperation and fear.

As he spoke..the fuzzy memories became more clear but he still didn't know enough. It physically hurt, knowing that he had lost something he didn't even know he had in the first place.

Midoriya's eyes bounced between the two of them and before he knew it tears were falling from his eyes too. He couldn't think. Something broke.

"....you're.." hope sparked in the blond's eyes for just a moment. "You're insane,.. I'm..a villain.... I've never met you before in my life.."

He lied. It was the only thing he could do.

"No, god dammit!," Bakugou jumped and wrapped his arms around Izuku's small figure. He didn't fight it, just stared over his shoulder. "Where did you go!? Where's the annoying Deku that I grew up with?! Where is he, dammit?!!," he sobbed and screamed at him.

Midoriya let his tears fall as he listened to his words. He slowly lifted his arms, "I,." he muttered. "I don't.. know you,.." he returned the embrace and let Bakugou cry into his shoulder.

Bakugou held him closer as he sobbed. The words were crushing.
