Once again, Midoriya was waking up witha a headache, unsure of the events that lead to now. His vision was hazy as he sat up and felt a tug on his arm as he moved it up to his forehead.

His eyes widened as he saw what it was and he come back to his senses, a small clear tube stuck in his arm with a golden liquid.

"I'll go get him.."

Midoriya looked around the room and saw Twice heading for the door, Toga, Dabi and Tomura standing over him. They were all in his room.

He looked up to Shigaraki first. He had his arms crossed and a sour frustrated expression.

"Uh, Tomura.."

"You're an idiot, you know that. Didn't Dabi tell you that you were ONLY backup."

"Well, yes, but-"

"So, what, then? What were you doing before I came in there? The door was shut for at least five minutes! You just wanted to chat?"

"Shigaraki, enough," Dabi cut in quietly. "Let him be, he's just-"

"You have no room to talk, you let him get by! You practically helped him!"

Midoriya cut in this time. "Why are you so upset about all this?"

"Because I'm tired of pretending! Pretending that you're-"

"Shigaraki."

All heads turned to the door where Midoriya's father now stood. Izuku imediately cowered, unsure of what his father knew about what had happened. What had the others told him? It wasn't certain. But he knew it couldn't have been good.

His father then turned to Izuku in the bed. He narrowed his eyes. "You stopped taking your medication."

Midoriya shuddered. It wasn't"t a question but he knew he was looking for a response. The green-haired boy clenched his jaw before speaking with a dry mouth. "H-how did you know..?"

The villain scoffed. "Why do you think you were coughing up blood and passed out, huh?"

Izuku still wouldn't look up. There was a long silence after every spoken phrase. He loosely crossed his arms and glanced away, "I.. I must've forgotten..."

"When did you stop taking them?"

Midoriya flinched. His heart is pounding, what am I supposed to say now..? He brought up enough strength to slowly lift his head, his eyes wide as he stared up at his father.

"I told you, I.."

"And you lied. ...To me." Silence. Midoriya gulped. "Now, again. When did you last take it."

He breathed, unblinking. Silence. "A couole nights ago.. But-!"

"You remember then?"

The words shattered his thoughts.

Before, everything he had thought, he wasn't sure. Things started coming together but he still didn't know.

His father. He had said it himself, the short question wouldn't make sense in any other context, so, what now? He wasn't supposed to be here. He was a hero. He saved people. The people he's been attacking were his friends. And.. his family, they were supposed to be his enemies.

"Remember..?," the boy repeated. "Remember that this isn't real..? I don't even know anything!" His eyes became glossy and his vision blurred as he started to vent. "My head's a mess, I can't- I can't even-"

"That's enough, Izuku."

He gasped, looking back up to his father--to this villain--again with tears now at the edge of his eyes, ready to fall. He looked over to the other two still in the room, Shigaraki was glaring just as angrily as he was before and Dabi was looking away with his arms crossed.

He suddenly realized how dangerous the situation truly was for him now, he just betrayed a group of powerful villains. He started to frantically push the blankets from his legs and get off of the bed, finding the medical chord still in his arm. No-one stopped him as he got to his feet and pulled it from his vein.

"Let me go.." He looked back to the three of them. "Let me go, I remember now, I'm not gonna work for any of you anymore."

All for One exposed the doorway, making his eyes widen. "Then go."

~oOo~

"I told you to never speak to me again.."

"Mrs. I have to apologize.. I can't just go on without telling you what happ-"

"Shut. Up. Aizawa! You're not here with good news, I can read it on your face, so if you'd kindly get the hell out of my face!"

"Mrs. Midoriya, I.. I'm only trying to tell you what happened because you desrve to know.. He was-"

"He's been gone for months, Aizawa! I know you're all still hopeful and looking for him, and I'm greatful to you, really, but honestly at this point I'm just trying to- to move on with my life, okay?! He's gone!" The small woman shut the door on him and left back into her house.

Aizawa sighed, standing on her doorstep. He slumped with arched brows and his head low, he felt like a failure.

The hero had come so close to saving her son, to saving someone that he considered a son. But he slipped through his grasp again. But he still wanted to give the woman hope, her son was remembering; he was closer to realizing what had been going on with Izuku. If he had just been strong enough..

~oOo~

"Then go."

Midoriya's eyes widened. Was this for real? Would there really be no consequences? Is it just a trap? They'll probably just kill me, right?

His heart was pounding, glancing into the hallway then back to the head-villain. "I can-"

"Go. But what happened back at UA. All the blood, coughing, lightheadedness.. it'll all happen again. That medicine has killer side-effects when you stop taking it."

He gasped and flinched as he took a step back, shivering at the words. "You actually.. ....But I'm no use to you now that I know what you've all done to me!"

"Aren't you? Why would you bother betraying us again? You leave, you die."

He let out a shaky breath as his wide-eyed stare lowered to the floor. There was the point.

It's all layed out in front of him now, he's backed into a corner.

He lifted his head as they started shuffling out the door. None of them said a word as they all left him in there, it was terrifying to him how confident they were, though he knew they had him trapped.

Dabi was the last to the door and as he saw him leaving he realized there were still more questions to be answered.

"Wait-" Izuku called, making Dabi hault in the threshold. "You helped me get to EraserHead.. why? Aren't you on the same side?"

Dabi sighed and waited for the boss and Tomura to get a little further down the hall. "It's complicated... but,. long story short, what he's doing to you is cruel. Kids shouldn't be treated like that by their own parents." He spoke slow and solemnly.

"So he is.. really my father.?"

"Unfortunately."

"And my mom-?"

"She never knew about him, that's a complicated matter as well, one I don't fully understand."

Izuku nodded, he had enough to think about already and that matter was not the most of his concerns.
