Chasitys' POV

I ordered pizza and started The White Chicks when someone knocked on the door.

Hayes.

I shut the door.

Walked back upstairs and he texted me.

Convo:

HayesBoo😍💁: What's wrong?

Nothing.

HayesBoo😍💁: Than why did you shut the door on my face? Obviously you are sad.😢

Why would you even care?

HayesBoo😍💁: Because I'm your best friend.

Doesn't feel like it.

He didn't reply.

I just teared up and fell asleep.

I heard my mom come in and shut off my light and my tv and say goodnight.

I fell asleep thinking about what I should do.

The next morning I got up ate breakfast and went swimming in my backyard.

For like 2 hours, I swam.

I tanned a bit, ate, and headed in the shower.

After I was out if the shower, it was time to have my orientation for high school.

Yay. 😁

I put on black soffee shorts and Hayes' football shirt that he left here.

The whole 9th grade would be there since its a new school.

Hayes asked me if I wanted to come with him, but I didn't reply.

I put on my Nike long socks and my sneakers.

I straightened my hair and put it in a ponytail and my mom took me.

"So this is the science wing, where all 9th grade science class is" some lady who was wearing a uniform said.

I saw some girls glance at me, and some smiled.

I was desperate for someone.

I spotted 2 guys that I met in Cali, that were Hayes' friends, Calum and Kayden.

"Look who we've got here" Calum said.

"Pssshhhh" I said throwing my arms in the air.

"Hey" Kayden said.

We looked at each others schedules and had some of the same classes.

I had someone to walk around with.

It was almost over so I went into the bathroom quick.

"Hey" some girl said as I was washing my hands.

"Hi"

"Are you new?" she asked.

"Yea, oh I'm Chasity"

"Nice to meet you, I'm Lauren"

"Same, we'll see you around"

I went out and it ended, I called my mom but she didn't answer.

I waited like 20 minutes outside.

Mrs.Grier pulled up and asks me if I needed a ride.

I wasn't sure, but I said yea.

Since Hayes say in the front, I sat in the back.

"Hey" he said.

"Hi" I mumbled.

"Want to go for a walk when we get home?" he asked me.

"I have to---"

He cut me off.

"Chasity, I know you're not busy, just come for a walk. K?"

"K"

"Hayes don't be rude" Elizabeth said.

"No it's okay"

We got home and I tried to walk to my house, hoping he would forget, but no.
