After about five minutes of looking back to make sure we were not being followed by any loyal servants that Bob might have had, I went to sleep in the car, while Brittany was driving. Then the car stopped and that woke me up. “What's wrong? Why did we stop?” I said alert. It was late at night.

“Nothing dummy, we are getting gas.” said Artemis wide awake and having a giant grin on her face. “Come one lets go to the subway next door.” We got out and walked  to the subway. When we walked in the door, the place was spotless. Everything was perfectly clean and the lady waiting at the counter had a giant smile on her face, which was kinda creepy. She was an older white lady with an apron on it, with the logo of subway in the corner of the apron. Her face was super wrinkled and her eyes were wide open showing her green eyes.

“Hello. Welcome to Subway. How may I help you?” said the lady with a happy attitude that crept me out. I do not know why but I had a bad feeling in my stomach.

“We will have three foot long sandwiches, and you can make them whatever you want” I said

“Coming right up.” said the lady. About two minutes later she had our sandwiches in the bag. “Here you go.” I tried to give her a twenty dollar bill but she refused. “It is alright Kevin paid for it, Michael.”

I freaked out after hearing that. I ran to the door but they locked themselves and they wouldn’t budge. “Let us go!” I yelled as I summoned my sword. I look over and Artemis has her knives out ready to fight at any second.

“Sweeties there is no need for weapons. You will die either way.” the freaky lady said.

“Why are you going to kill us?” asked Artemis with a hint of sarcasm

“No. No .No. I do not kill unless necessary. The locusts will kill you.” said the lady still smiling. That is when all hell broke loose. She clapped her hands and about ten locusts appeared from a door to the back of the place. They were uglier in person. They were exactly as Rick told us. Each of the had there stingers ready and held small gold spears in their right hands while drooling. They charged at me and Artemis who were backing towards the front door. I summoned my shield. I put myself in front of Artemis and prepared for them to attack and backed us into a corner so the monsters would have to fight us one at a time. When the first one got to me it tried to make me into shish kabob, but I blocked it with my spear and hit it with my shield. The thing fell back and all the locust started making weird noises. The only understandable thing was Abaddon. Another one tried to sting me and I cut its stinger off and stabbed the monster in the chest. It howled in pain and turned to dust. It was not as cool as seeing Bob burst in flames but it was still cool to see. Then one started to fly, so I cut off its wings and its head. That one turned to dust too. After I few more kills, I started to get overwhelmed. Thankfully Artemis got in front of me and helped me. When we cleared the room of everyone except the lady, we tried to break the glass on the door. Then the Lady started to laugh.”"Even if you get out of here, you will never stop Kevin, Abaddon will rise.” Then she turned to dust. Artemis and I looked at each other and then broke the glass. We got out and ran to the car. Brittany was sitting in the car with the engine running.

‘What took so long? "Where is our food?” she said

‘Long story, just drive.” I said as we got in the car. This time though Artemis was in the front. Brittany started to drive but was going slow.

“Drive faster!” yelled Artemis. Then Brittany hit the gas, I looked back and saw more Locust were flying behind us. They were about thirty feet behind us and we were going like 80 miles per hour and they were gaining on us. Artemis stuck half her body out the window and started to shoot them with arrows. I wish I could have helped but all I had was a sword. Then I remembered the crossbow in the car. I grabbed it and found the arrows. Now I needed to find a way to shoot them because there was no window in the back.
