12: Congratulations

The moment Amber reached her seat, she slammed her head on the table. Sehun's hand was fast to support her head before they actually meet the table.

"Sit up. The lecturer is here.", Chanyeol poked Amber from the side.

"There's your course and my course for this subject. The lecturer won't notice.", Amber lazily answered and before Chanyeol could continue to say anything, Sehun glance sideways and shut him off.

When the lecture ended, Chanyeol cannot help but to critique Amber. "You've been extremely lazy these days! You're gonna fail your course!"

She frowned and pouted at Sehun. "I think I'm sick. My stomach don't feel well. I have headache and I feel tired. It's been two weeks like this. I think I'm coming down with a flu!"

Sehun placed his palm across her forehead but was quickly slapped off by Amber.

"What are you doing?", she looked around, ensuring no one saw what had just unfold.

"This is the university. We promised to be lowkey!", she continued growling at Sehun.

"..."

"Even if you say you guys are together, no one is gonna trust you anyways! Here comes another", Chanyeol hollered before running away.

"This...", a girl forcefully push a letter into Sehun's palm before walking away shyly.

"..."

Sehun directly tear open the letter and found a small piece of chocolate, directly unpackage it and brings it to Amber's mouth.

She was still grumbling about how he purposely attracts attention with the way he dress and all but still willingly munch on the chocolate.

"I'm going home this weekend.", Amber said with her mouth full of chocolate.

Sehun took out his handkerchief and silently wiped off the bits off the corner of her mouth. He did not say anything but Amber noticed his eyes changed, not liking what he just heard.

"Just a few days. My dad asked me to go home.", she continued.

"I'll send you.", Sehun said knowing he would be rejected anyways.

"No.. I'm going on my own. I don't want my parents to know about us yet. Let's wait first.. I'm not ready.", it's always the same old reason. She is not ready. When will she ever be?

Amber fiddled with her fingers. If her parents know, then it's just a matter of time before his parents know. The difference in their family is too big. She's afraid his side could not accept her.

Her family is considered well off according to normal standard and her dad owns a noodle making factories. But compared to Sehun who owns the Oh Company, then Amber's family factories can only be considered a small sundry shop.

That night Amber felt really uncomfortable and was not able to sleep at all. It was already late night and she did not want to burden Sehun so she decided to go to the hospital on her own.

"When was your last period?", the man doctor smiled creepily, spooking Amber off.

"Erm...", she took out her phone, checking her apps before replying, "Last month on the 8."

"It's already 26 of this month.", the doctor continued.

"Okay?", Amber replied warily.

"When did you do it?"

Amber felt her cheeks burning.

"Do what?", she played innocent.

"Stop acting.", the doctor directly shoot her.
