Byrd sat in the corner smirking as she watched Octavia and Miller fighting, the girl obviously winning but he tried to best. They'd been locked in the bunker for about a month, give or take, and this was the most amusement she had. She clapped slowly when the boy was tripped onto his back, chuckling loudly as she stood. Miller rolled his eyes, taking Octavia's hand as she offered it to him to pull him from the ground.

'Come on, then, show me how it's done,' He egged her on.

She shrugged, pulling her knives before moving to strike her best friend; jumping over the blade that came her way. She smirked, holding her knives ready as she motioned Octavia to come at her. The girls fought, smirks on their faces as the clang of metal upon metal echoed throughout the room. Byrd hit the back of Octavia's knee, sending her colliding with the ground before she jumped upon her; holding her knife to her neck. She winked at the girl who signalled surrender, only to be tackled from her as Miller tried to take her on.

But, the boy didn't last long, as he never did against her. She quickly was able to put him on his stomach, press her foot to the back of his neck as she rolled up to stand as press the tip of her knife over his heart. He let out a huff as she smirked, letting him go to stand. Though, she looked up when the door opened; Indra stepping into the room, looking over all of them. She helped Miller up, before moving to do the same to Octavia; just getting her to her feet before their adviser of sorts spoke.

'Octavia, the delegates have assembled,' Indra informed the younger girl.

'Dressing me up doesn't fool anyone,' Octavia grabbed her sword from the floor; 'My blood is red, and it always will be.'

'I told you, you could always take mine,' Byrd smirked.

'Symbols matter, Octavia, these symbols. Trust me. The more people connect you to them, the easier it is for you to lead.'

The Blake girl sighed, looking to Byrd who nodded with a shrug. With that, she went off to change with the woman, leaving her to stand with Miller. She punched the boy's shoulder with a smirk, instantly gaining his attention.

'You'll get me one day,' She chuckled as she slipped her knives into the sheaths on her back.

'With your training, Sensei, I shall,' Miller bowed mockingly.

She chuckled, 'Don't ever call me that again.'

The boy laughed, watching as she waved him off as she left the training room. She moved to change into whatever had been set out for her, heading for the pit the second she was ready. She found Octavia talking to Niylah, approaching the pair with a blank face. It was rare for anyone, other then Indra, Octavia and Miller, to see her emotions anymore. It wasn't something she felt the entire bunker needed to seek as a weakness in her, so she kept them hidden.
