"I see some emotions in you and some of your DNA structure, but you're almost like a ghost I can't read. You're similar to Emerald, but his emotions are hidden and his DNA structure is completely wiped clean," Lainey said. She pulled her phone out of her pocket and she clicked onto the webpage for the time of her show. She had to finish saying bye to everyone and she had to leave quickly to arrive at the underground club Stonerz.
"That's interesting," Codebreaker replied. He replied as if he didn't know what she was talking about.
"Emerald has similar math and science skills compared to you. He also is attracted to pretty things," Lainey continued, stepping forward toward Chard's room. She had to go in five minutes. Codebreaker followed, laughing under his breath.
"This is my favorite comedy sketch of all time besides Christopher Tom's 'Crazy Ex-girlfriends.' Are you saying Emerald's my dad? Hilarious!" Codebreaker slapped his knee.
This still didn't rule out Emerald being his dad. After Codebreaker was finished laughing and had gained his composure, he strolled over and saw her phone was still on the Stonerz club webpage. "Stonerz, I didn't know drug addicts had their own club. Be careful there. I've only been to a few clubs off and on in my life, but a lot of them have been crazy without the drugs. I will never unsee a girl and a bouncer making out in the back room. That bouncer should have done his job better and been fired. Sorry. That was too much," Codebreaker joked.
Codebreaker sounded like a teenager. He was a teenager as far as she knew, but his voice sounded like an adult. "If you thought it was too much for me, then you shouldn't have said it in the first place. I can deal with drug addicts. I've got a knife in my backpack. Thank you for the warning," Lainey said.
"You'll look good there. You've got the piercings, the colorful hair, and your merch down. You're even wearing one of your t-shirts. Now, Lainey, your old music was super insightful to your personality and to your tastes at the time. Sometimes, songs don't reflect the artist's personality. 'Bohemian Rhapsody' by Queen was a song about a guy who killed someone and went to jail for it, but that didn't mean that Fred Mercury wanted to kill people. A lot of my friends listened to your older music and similar types of music. It was the most popular where I lived. Here, I don't really know anyone's music taste. Are you going to play any newer music besides your three other albums? Those albums were interesting insights into your person," Codebreaker replied.
"No, I'm not playing those. I'm bringing new music to the table. It will either be a hit or miss. I don't listen to music made by criminals. Why would I want someone listening to my older music when I'm a criminal? My new music is going to be great. People might hate it, but it still will be better than my older music. Speaking of my music, some people quit listening to it when I had gotten in a feud on Twitter about Hazzaza. Hazzaza wasn't even a big part of the feud. There were 'boycott Lainey' comments on the internet where people thought I wanted attention and people calling me an NPC. They even put the NPC meme over my actual face as they have with this angry man who made a nasty Youtube rant video when Fred Lossie had been elected President. These same people who'd photoshopped my face thought of me as another resident in Loony Ville. They put me in pictures with other government officials and they made memes about me. Some of them were funny, but some of them were hurtful. Some people said they wanted to send me on a shuttle to space and lock all my internet so they would never see me again. Nobody ever tried it though.
"I do think we were a little hard on Hazzaza. We had good intentions, but the Internet Analyst was right. We need to put all that behind us in this day and age where Magicians are rampant. Little feuds about how someone lives are very stupid because we have better things to worry about because the Magicians are running rampant. We have to unite and work together and listen to different opinions and beliefs. Some are just wrong, but small feuds shouldn't be what we all focus on day in and day out," Lainey said. She came to Chard's door. A game was coming from his room, but he wasn't talking. She was running out of time.
