Two moons had passed since Crystal and Echopaw had met, they had met every other day since. He taught her how to hunt and she taught him the few things she understood about twolegs. Over the two moons their friendship had come along way and Echopaw had even started talk about his clan problems.

Crystal purred happily as she rolled onto her back and watched the moon and SilverPelt. This time Echopaw and Crystal were meeting at night because they almost got caught a few days ago by the RiverClan deputy, Longclaw. Echopaw looked over to Crystal and purred.

"It looks beautiful." Crystal purred as she rolled over onto her side so she could see Echopaw, his fur almost glowed in the moonlight and his eyes shining like the sun.

"Yeah, it is." Echopaw said as he sat up. "It's called SilverPelt. The place where all our warriors hunt, with StarClan." He told her, Crystal sat up and looked at him.

"I thought there were only four clans in the forest."

"There are only four clans in the forest but StarClan is the death clan."

"Oh, I see."

Crystal stood up and shook her fur clean before yawning, Echopaw chuckled softly.

"Someone's tired, you should get home. It's almost MoonHigh." He said as she stood up and shook his fur clean.

"Yeah. My twolegs might wonder where I got to." Crystal said before rubbing her muzzle against Echopaw's shoulder then turning and ran off, Echopaw purred a good-bye before turning and heading back to camp.

As Crystal ran she purred to herself, she didn't want to leave Echopaw but she would need all the sleep she could get wake up early as she was meant to be meeting her friend Bubbles. She had been spending so much time in the forest she forgot about spending time with Bubbles like they used to, plus she had to see her mother (she had not long kitted). Crystal jumped up into the fence then turned to look back at the forest for a while longer then turned and jumped into the garden, she darted across the thick grass and through the cat-flap.

The next morning was colt and rainy, Crystal's twolegs had gone out all of a sudden leaving her to get on with what she had to do. She jumped through the cat-flap, across the garden, over the fence and to Bubbles' Twoleg's nest. As she ran she got the same feeling she had when she had when she was in the forest and moor lands with Echopaw, she jumped over the small boulders that sat by the edge of the forest. She stopped suddenly when she saw bubbles talking to another she-cat, Crystal tucked herself down into the grass just like Echopaw had taught her when they went hunting. She watched closely but she was too far away to hear what they were saying, tho she could pick up the odd bit.

"Oh don't be silly bubbles." She laughed. "I think you're very handsome."

Crystal felt her fur stand on end but she didn't know why, she let out a soft hiss before turning and running back to her garden, over the fence, through the grass and jumped through the cat-flap. Once inside she panted harder than she had ever before, when running from Bubbles and the she-cat she did not stop nor did she jump over boulders she just when around them making it further to run.

She collapsed onto the floor, still panting hard. Crystal had no idea why she got so worked up over the she-cat's comment towards her best friend, but it was over now all she wanted to do was clear her head and see her RiverClan friend.

Crystal slowly got up into her paws and headed back out, the rain had become heavier now and the sky was darker.

Could this be StarClan's doing? Thought Crystal, she had remember when he said about StarClan: "sometimes StarClan will make it rain and storm if they are angry." Crystal sighed as she walked, she was weak but that wasn't going to stop her from seeing Echopaw. Tho she was not meant to meet him till tomorrow but she had become so used to his scent she was able to track him down.

The rain got harder and harder to the point where Crystal was curled up under a bush between RiverClan and fourtrees.

Just as she was about to fell asleep she heard the sound of her friend, Echopaw's, voice.
