Lightstar and Crystalpaw headed into camp, they placed their fresh-kill on the pile. Lightstar nodded a thank you to Crystalpaw before heading off to his den, Crystakpaw sighed as she watched her leader leave. After he came to they didnt talk much, they just grabbed thier prey and headed back to camp.

Crystalpaw yawned as she headed for the apprentices' den for a well derserved rest, as she walked over she spotted Echopaw laying on his stomach eating what looked like a small vole. Her eyes lit us as she plodded over but just before she got there she caugh a wift of a strange scent on his fur, as she got closer and closer the scent became stronger and stronger. Soon she was right infront of Echopaw, as she stared down at eating Echopaw she took in deep, long breaths trying to figure out what the scent was.

"Hello." Echopaw greated in a low mumble as he tried to keep his mouthfull of prey in his mouth, Crystalpaw let out a soft giggle towards her white and black friend. Echopaw purred before sitting up, he rubbed his paw agianst hiw mouth and wiped away the small bits of fresh-kill that was stuck to his fur.

"Hello there Echopaw." Crystalpaw replied as Echopaw sat up, he nodded as she shook his fur softly. As he shook his fur the scent became stronger and stronger. Wait... That scent. It's a lot like Owlpaw's. She though, her fur pricked and her eyes widened.

"Echopaw." Crystalpaw growled, the larger apprentice raised his head and look at Crystalpaw. "Where have you been?" She asked in a sharp and very angry tone, Echopaw gulped as she saw the anger raging like a fire in her eyes.

"Hunting..."

"Don't lie to me Echopaw. You wreak of ThunderClan."

Echopaw sighed as he looked at his paws. "I... I went to go see Crowpaw."

"You did what? Are you mad?"

"I needed to see her again, Crystalpaw."

The moment Echopaw said those words Crystalpaw remembers seeing Bubbles with that strange she-cat, a cold chill ran through her body as she took a few steps back.

"Y-You needed to?" Crystalpaw quistioned as she tried to hide the pain, though all she wanted to do was scream at him about how much his words hurt. "You love her? Don't you?..."

Echopaw sighed as he dug his claws into the dirt. "I; I dont know."

Crystalpaw's eyes widened as anger and pain grew in stomach, she dug her claws deep into the dirt before pushing past Echopaw. She was half into the apprentices' den before gurning her head and grunting "Fine, whatever."

The next day was dark and gloomy, it mached Crystalpaw's mood. She plodded out of the apprentices' den only to bump into Echopaw, he get a soft purr but Crystalpaw just pushed past and into the clearing. Echopaw sighed before heading into the apprentices' den to take a nap, he had just come back from being on a night hunting patrol. Crystalpaw grabbed a small fish and slowly started eating it near the back of the camp, she was planning on going on a hunt alone or sleep. She didn't feel like putting up with Wildpaw backing up his brother or by Honeypaw, Crystalpaw could tell deep down that Echopaw would or has told them and she wanted to out some space between her and them for some time.
