Aidan's POV

There's nothing better than chilling on the deck of Mum and Dad's shack with a few beers and listening to the whole family laugh, talk and play. The sound of the waves, the gorgeous bright blue sky, the salty fresh breeze that makes you feel calm for some odd reason. I have my beautiful pregnant fiance beside me sleeping on her deck chair and my twinny who is cradling his six week old son Matt on the other. I swear Cade has not put him down once since he was born, every time I see him the baby is with him. Ash is down on the beach with Mum and Dad and the whole tribe of kids, we'll probably have to build another extension at this rate.

"Wanna try and set the new family record?" Cade chuckled as he pointed to Brax who was nursing his baby boy Knox, who had just screamed the house down. Lexi was upstairs resting with Beatrix and I'm sure those two will be knocked out for a few hours.

"Nope, I'm good." I chuckled back and shook my head. I'd be very happy with just Mace and this baby that's almost here. I turned and smiled as I looked over my girl as she slept peacefully. Georgie has been so exhausted lately and with her larger than ever baby bump, she's going to need all the strength she can get. It's getting to the point where I should be sewn to her as I'm never more than a few meters away from her at any time. I can't have anything happen to her and I know this week is going to be the worst out of the lot as she's a ticking time bomb ready to explode.

"It's not that bad. Here Uncle Aidan make yourself useful." Brax laughed as he walked over and took the beer from my hand and then placed the small bundle in my arms. I looked down at Knox and he was staring back at me. When I went to take Maci to go see the new baby, I thought I was seeing things when I saw two babies in the room with them. Never expected that as Lexi looked as big as she did with all of her pregnancies. That sure has made Georgie freak out a little more as she's bigger, but what I've seen on ultrasound there is only one baby in there. She's not convinced now as Lexi had a surprise twin appear.

"Knock Knock Knox." I chuckled as I rearranged him more in my arm so that he was comfortable. Brax disappeared and the faint sounds of Roxy crying in the background stopped when we heard him talk to her. Brax is an awesome Dad though, so he'll be able to cope with the madness that their kids cause. It's just like he was amde to have so many kids, I know I wouldn't be able to handle it as good as he does. He's just a natural at it and all of his kids just gravitate around him, it's no surprise he had a heap of them. I could only imagine what it would be like if Paix made it through with Miss X, Brax and Lexi probably still would've populated like they have. Eight babies in total, beating Mum and Dad by one.

"Don't be so mean Aidan." my head turned to the sounds of Geogrie's voice and I smiled when I saw her still laying but now wide awake but still looks tired and uncomfortable. Not much longer now and all the pain and discomfort will be gone and we'll have the child we made together in our arms. It's just like time has slowed and even today feels like it's dragging on forever.

"Come on babe, that's funny. I'm allowed to pick on my nephew." I laughed as did Cade and we both gotten evil look from Georgie. With a shake of her head, she swung her legs around and then reached over and stole him from my arms.

"Don't listen to him Knox, I'll make sure he wont pick on you gorgeous boy." she cooed to Knox as she cradled him in her arms. It even looked like he is resting on top of the bump which looks funny but I bet he puts his weight down and bursts her bladder that's already under extreme pressure.

"How you feeling babe?" I asked her as I laid back and watched her with the baby. She does look good with a baby in her arms and she'll look even better when it's ours.
