Before he revealed his secret. Being a NTFW, he can jump very high, he has heightened senses and strength, he can create green flames, and he can use his sword to slash anything into pieces.

They sealed the demon inside of him with weak seals. A few years later in the Kristal Kindergarten these seals broke, and the demon consumed him. Thanks to a young Aurie and Viko, the demon was restrained with magic-nullifying chains. J the Star Warrior, his brother, SJ the Shadow Warrior, the antagonist Nightmare, and Kynuru used their powers to create eternally-lasting seals to keep the beast from escaping.

After this, J erased everyone's memory, even himself's, except for Kynuru. The demon inside him is still alive, except he is now -1 years old, making him exist, but not exist at the same time, and because of this, Aether's level is reduced by 1.
