The Start of Something New

Your POV:

I woke the next morning but didn't want to get up, I felt warm, I was being held close by a pair of strong arms.

*Huh? This feels nice~* I thought to myself snuggling in closer to the warm body next to me.

As I snuggled in close I heard a grunt and quickly looked up and to my surprise I saw Jeff, he had an eye mask on and had his arms around my waist. I looked at him sleeping peacefully next to me.

"Good morning Y/N." Said Jeff in a rough groggy voice letting an even wider smile grow across his face.

I quickly looked down as Jeff moved one of his hands to remove his eye mask, he smiled at me as he moved my hair off of my face.

"Good morning." I said quietly.

I look up to meet the gaze of Jeff and he smiled softly at me.

"Y/N?" Said Jeff quietly. "Your friend is at the window starring at us."

My eyes widened and I shot up to see Sarah sitting at the window with a big grin on her face.

"Sarah! What are you doing here?!" I asked her through the window.

"We're going to be late." Sarah mumbled before climbing through the window.

"Late?" I Said before realising we had school today. "Crap! What time is it?!"

"8:23" Said Sarah.

I ran around my room as I grabbed my school clothes, I almost took my shirt off before I realised Jeff was still in my room so I piss bolted to the bathroom while turning red.

Jeff's POV:

"So..." Started Sarah.

"So what?" I asked confused.

"You slept over." Smiled Sarah.

"Ahh... yeah, she fell asleep on me and I didn't want to disturb her so I just stayed." I said nervously.

Sarah narrowed her eyes towards me in curiosity. Y/N opened the door and walked in her hair a mess with the buttons on her shirt not matching up.

Your POV:

Jeff looked at me in amusement and couldn't contain his laughter. I frowned not understanding why he was laughing.

"What's so funny?" I asked.

Jeff walked towards me as he grabbed my hairbrush off my bedside table, he turned me around so I was facing the mirror.

"You fix your shirt and I'll fix your hair." Jeff laughed.

I looked in the mirror at the mess I saw and blushed realising that I had miss matched my buttons and that my hair was a mess.

"Oops." I laughed nervously.

I fixed my shirt as Jeff carefully fixed my hair. He tied it back in a ponytail, which surprisingly was really neat. I looked up and saw Jeff looking over my shoulder at me in the mirror, our eyes met and we both blushed slightly.

"C'mon lovebirds lets go, we're gonna be late." Said Sarah rolling her eyes with a giggle.

I jumped at the sound of Sarah's voice breaking the silence, I walked down to the kitchen and quickly grabbed food for school and some money my mum had left me. Me, Sarah and Jeff walked out the front door, Jeff said goodbye as he ran into the woods and me and Sarah walked to school.

"So..." Started Sarah.

"So what?" I asked.

"You and Jeff hey?" Said Sarah as she giggled and nudged my arm.

"Me and Jeff? What are you talking about?" I asked as my gaze dropped to the ground.

"You and Jeff!" Said Sarah.

I starred back at Sarah and smiled to myself. "You and Toby." I said teasingly.

Sarah gave me a nervous look. "We'll talk about this later."

We walked into school and the bell rang, we put our bags away and grabbed our books for the first two classes. As me and Sarah were waking to class Maddy walked past and pushed my books out of my hands.

"Oi bitch! If you wanna fight come and fight me!" I said furiously.

Maddy huffed and just walked off. We got to class and Dylan smiled at me and Sarah as we took our seats. Dylan winked at me from across the classroom but I just ignored it, Dylan suddenly got up and walked over to me and sat beside me and Sarah.

Time skip - 2 hours

The bell for recess rang, me and Sarah got up and left with Dylan following close behind.

"You girls are cute." Said Dylan.

"Ahh, thanks?" I Said.

Sarah rolled her eyes and by the look she was giving me even she was confused as to why he was talking to us and we knew exactly why we weren't interested in him anymore. Dylan walked over to us as we sat at our usual spot, he squirmed his way in between me and Sarah as put his arms around our shoulders.

"What the fuck are you doing?" I demanded shifting his arm off my shoulders.

"What do you mean?" He asked with a confused look. "You were interested in me like two days ago."

"Yeah, well... that was two days ago. Shit changed." I said rolling my eyes.

Dylan just looked at me confused and he looked a little angry too.

"You still like me don't you cutie?" He asked turning to Sarah with an almost desperate look.

"Sorry I'd rather take trash out on a date than be seen with you." Said Sarah prying Dylan's fingers from her shirt.

Dylan looked at us in complete disbelief, then anger took over.

"I'm not surprised, your both just a pair of fucking sluts!" Shouted Dylan.

Maddy walked over shouting random shit at us, calling us names and threatening us. That's when I lost it, I snapped I didn't care what I did.

"You know what Maddy?! Your a fucking whore, we never liked you after you became rich! You've been pushing me around for days now, threatening to bash me but you never do it! Your an attention seeking, spoilt brat full of empty threats! So if you wanna bash me... FUCKING DO IT ALREADY!" I shouted at Maddy walking towards her.

Maddy slapped me, it stung a little but it was weak as shit, I laughed slightly before raising my head to look at Maddy her eyes widened in shock. I lunged at Maddy punching her nose, hearing a crunch and instantly knowing I had broken it. She screamed in pain and Dylan ran towards me clenching his fist but before he could hit me Sarah stepped in and took the blow. She stood up with a split lip that was now dripping a thick crimson liquid. Sarah's head shot up starring Dylan straight in the eyes, Sarah smirked as she licked her lip.

"You shouldn't have done that." Said Sarah softly.

Without breaking eye contact Sarah ran forward punching Dylan in the throat sending him flying backwards gasping for breath. Finally a teacher interrupted the fight, me and Sarah went to the principals office while Dylan and Maddy went to the nurses office. Me, Sarah, Maddy and Dylan all got suspended for a week, so we walked home when I got to my room I was surprised to see Jeff sitting on my bed.
