Chapter 11 - A Date

Mina's POV

I woke up in my bed feeling refreshed, which was quite a different change of pace for me. Even if it was on the weekends I had never been a morning person, but as the events that played out yesterday replayed in my mind I just couldn't help but feel happy.

I got up from my bed and taking a look at my phone I saw it was 8:43 AM on a Saturday. I stood up and stretched before yawning and leaving my room to have some breakfast downstairs.

When I reached the first floor I took a look around to see most of my classmates were still wearing their sleepwear, with some exceptions like Midoriya and Bakugou who were already in some training clothes.

As I kept looking around the floor I eventually found (Y/N) with his back to me talking to Kirishima while they were spreading some butter on their toast. I had an idea and started sneakily walking towards (Y/N) without him noticing.

Kirihsima though, did notice but before he could say anything I put a finger on top of my lips to tell him not to say anything. He got back to his conversation with (Y/N) as I continued to get closer and closer to my prey.

Once I was close enough to him I stood on the tip of my toes and hugged him from behind while giving him a kiss on his cheek. This made him drop his knife on the counter and with a huge blush covering his face he slowly turned to look at me as I kept hugging him.

"Good morning (Y/N)" I said with a smile. "Good morning Ashi" he answered back as his face of embarrassment switched back to a tender smile. We leaned out foreheads against each other's as he put his hands on top of mine.

We stood in that position with our eyes closed for a few seconds before we were snapped out of our little bubble. "You guys look so cute!" Toru said as she walked next to Kirishima. We both blushed a little before reluctantly letting go of each other and separating.

He finished up his toast before making some for me too despite me telling him I could just make them myself. Soon enough the two of us were sitting next to each other with some of our friends sitting with us in the same table.

We were eating as we were being questioned about how things played out the day before. Things like who confessed first, what did we do for the rest of the day, etc. While (Y/N) stayed quiet for the majority of our time eating, I answered most of the questions that were thrown our way.

After we were finished we cleaned our dishes and were left wondering what to do until (Y/N) looked down a bit embarrassed and suggested something. "Hey Ashi. Since we're a couple we could, you know, go on a date?" he said looking away with light blush on his face which I found extremely cute.

I grabbed both of his hands and got closer to him than I already was, making him look at me. "I'd love that. Boyfriend" I said looking up at him which made him calm down before leaning down for a kiss.

It was short and sweet since we were still in the common room, but it was still full of love and tenderness. We separated after just a few seconds and looked at each other, just admiring the view. "Meet me down here in an hour" I said before leaving a quick kiss on his cheek and letting go of his hands to go to my room.

I quickly picked out my outfit and after taking a look in the mirror I though it was good enough and started looking through my phone. I decided to go for something pretty casual since it wasn't like we were going to a fancy dinner or something. Well, at least not yet.

Now I kind of feel like I shouldn't have said that we should only meet up in an hour. Because honesty I want to be with him right now! Sighing I got the idea to look up my name in Google. Again.
