something was off with noelle.

i noticed it as soon as she got in the car.

but still, i said nothing.

she knows how this works for her, it's all happened before.

she knows how to handle it this time, and she has us there if she needs us.

i really do hope that she knows that.

i dropped her off at her dorm and helped her settle in before i walked home, it wasn't a far walk between our dorms.

she said the movies can be done with everyone tomorrow.

but i didn't go home, i needed to
make sure noelle was okay.

so i waited outside, sitting on some bench i had found while wondering around.

and then i saw her, jacket huddled on her body as she walked fast-paced.

i waited until she was far enough that i could follow her without being seen..

luke: how did you— i'm not even going to ask, but i'm following her rn.

ashton: did something happen after the funeral?

luke: we don't know, we left early.  she couldn't take it.

luke: i did, but before we left her house she had a big blowout with her mom and went for a really long walk. she was gone for nearly two hours. i found her at the high school bus stop.

ashton: and now you're following her why?

luke: because it's nine and dark out and she's alone? on a fucking uni campus?

luke: she's at the coffee place..

ashton: okay maybe she wanted a latte or something?

michael: or a tea, cuz she never buys the tea bags.

luke: ...and she's with our english professor.

michael: OKAY THIS IS TEA.

ashton: what are they doing?

luke: they're just talking, okay now they're cuddling-ish

luke: idk if it's cuddling if ur standing..

she does look happy.

that's all that matters to me.
