calum seemed to be shocked by his own words, maybe more than i was.

"well, there's no going back, right?" he continues. "yes, noelle, as early on as it is, i do love you. you don't have to say it back, but—"

"i love you too." i smiled. "no going back, right?"

"right." he smiled, kissing my forehead. "you hungry?"

"yeah." i smiled, standing up. "this was good, i needed this."

"i promise, love, you have nothing to be worried about." he reassured me as we walk towards his car.

"jesus christ you're alive!" nora jumps on me as soon as we enter the pizza parlour. "don't ever not answer me again!"

"alright, i'm sorry." i sighed. "rough day."

"clearly." luke laughed. "you good, ellie?"

"yeah, i am now." i smiled.

"i'm sorry guys, i cant stay, i have another class starting soon." calum says. "i'll see you later?"

"yeah." i smile and kiss his lips. "love you."

"love you too, later guys." calum smiles and walks out.

i then back to the rest of the group, who look completely and utterly stunned.

"what?"

"you haven't even gotten laid and you have him wrapped around your finger." michael laughs.

"at least he's not throwing rocks at her window." ashton giggles.

"socks instead of rocks kids, i'm not paying for damages." michael snickers.

"you guys are hopeless." i shake my head and grab a slice of pizza.

"my sister's in loooooove." luke sung as he hugged my shoulders and rocked them back and forth.

"shut up, please shut up." i whined.

"honey, it's in our job descriptions to never shut up." nora laughed.

i sat in my flat with duke, doing absolutely nothing with my time.
