I tossed and turned, no matter how long I close my eyes I couldn't fall asleep. I turn the desk light on, looking around the basic hotel room. The door creaks open and Korekiyo walks in.
" Oh? You're still awake Rantaro?"
" Hehe.. Yeah, I can't seem to fall asleep. " I chuckle weakly.
" Is something bothering you?"
" Yeah. It's been worrying me for a while now. "
" Do you want to talk about it?"
I nod. If it was anyone else, I probably would've said no, but I trust Kiyo. He walks over and sits down next to me.
" So, what's bothering you? "
" I'm sort of, scared? I don't know exactly how to describe it, but it's something around that word. "
" What are you scared about?"
" My sister's. What if I never find them? What if they're hurt? I'm a terrible big brother, Kiyo. "
I rub my temples in frustration, as I let out a big sigh.
" What if they hate me?"
Korekiyo gently places his hand on top of mine. I look at him.
" I promise you Rantaro, we'll find them, regarding how long it might take. I'll be there with you every step of the way. Besides, from how you described them they look up to you. Admiration doesn't parish easily. "
I smile a little, placing my head on his shoulder. I gently grasp onto his hand.
" You're right. Thank you, Kiyo. I'm glad I brought you with me. "
He places his head on top of mine.
" Of course."
We stay like this for a while, the only sound coming from the ventilation and our breathing. It was slowly soothing me, as I soon fell asleep.

Point of view change.
___________________________________I look down to see Rantaro's face, sleeping peacefully. His long eyelashes resting against his cheeks, parts of his bangs placed perfectly on his face, even the pattern of his breathing. Simply to put it, everything about him in this moment is beautiful.
I gently place him onto the bed, and tuck him in the blankets. Pulling down my mask, I place a kiss on his forehead. From there I turned the lights off and laid in my bed before falling asleep myself.
