it was almost six and you were still getting ready, "mommy mommy he's here he's here!" thea said jumping up and down. you looked at yourself in the mirror second guessing how you dressed "you look pretty mommy" you turned to your daughter "in so lucky to have you my baby" you kissed her forehead, then grabbing your shoes.
you walked down the stairs to the front door not seeing him any where. you walked out the front door to see a limo waiting for you "you have got to be kidding me" you made your way to the limo a man stepping out to open your door.
he hands you a rose as you climb in, you look at the note and read

you smile and set the rose down next to you "excuse me ma'am but i was told to drop you off here" you nodded and opened the door, as you stepped out there were a trail of lanterns leading you up a hill. you reached the top of the hill to see kai standing looking at the view "i honestly didn't think you would show up" he turned around smiling "wow thi-this is beautiful."
he pulled out a blanket from the basket he had and set it on the ground, you sat down as he started taking food out from the basket.
you both finished eating about an hour later "kai this is amazing" you smiled as you laid down staring up at the stars, he laid beside you "i'm sorry." you looked over "what?" "i'm sorry, i'm sorry for leaving you at the wedding. i'm sorry for never calling you back and i'm sorry for everything i fucked up on. i'm such a fuck up and i'm so fucking sorry. my dad was right i'm a fuck up and everything that good comes i always mess it up."
a tear fell down your cheek hearing him talk like that, yeah he left you but you still loved him and always will. "kai i forgive you, i love you." "how can you forgive someone like me?" "i can forgive someone like you because your nothing like what your father said, i love you so much."
