kai when see's you after a couple years a being broken up
you were grocery shopping, pushing your cart around you were looking at the cereal trying to figure out which cereal to buy. you finally decided with lucky charms "i knew you would go for those. always have."
you turn around to see your ex boyfriend kai parker "kai. haven't seen you in years." not really wanting to talk, you looked at your feet hoping he'd go away and stop talking to you. yes you still loved him, you haven't had a boyfriend since y'all broke up scared to get hurt again.
"listen y/n i'm sorry when are you going to forgive me." you look back up at him to see hurt in his eyes "forgive you? even if i wanted to i couldn't, you cheated on me. you broke me kai, i haven't even had a boyfriend since we broke up because i've been scared of getting hurt. it's been 2 fucking years kai 2."
he rubs the back of his neck and a tear falls down his cheek "i'm so fucking sorry, it was the biggest mistake of my life and i regret every minute of it. ever since we broke up i can't stop thinking about you, when i close my eyes at night i can't sleep because your on my mind 24/7. just please go on another date with me, let me show you how fucking sorry i am." he was practically on his knees begging for you to give him another chance.
"i'm sorry kai but i can't go through this hurt again." he nods "i understand" he turns around dragging his feet, his head hung low "wait kai!"
he turns around waiting for you to say something "one more chance" he was smiling "what?" you gave him a look before saying it again "one more chance kai that's all you get."
he runs to you bringing you in a hug "you won't regret it y/n" you nodded "i better not."
