Lilly, Laura, and I arrived with my mother at my house in Penobscot. We grabbed our trophies and ran inside. "That was a close one." I said. "We almost got killed in that mess." "I know right?" Said Laura. "It actually feels nice to be like this." "Really." Said Lilly. "It was for your own good." We laughed.
We heard the door crack open. We ran into my room so my mother wouldn't see us. "Congrats girls." she said. "You guys can play some good ball."
"Thanks, mom." I said.
"Madi." Said Laura. "Is she really your mother?" "No." I said. "If she was, I wouldn't have been born a werewolf. My real mother is presumed dead." I started to get teary eyed. "Oh, Madi." Said Lilly. She hugged me as I cried into her shoulder silently. Laura joined.
"I didn't want this to happen at all." I said. "I don't want us to be in danger like this." "But let's just be thankful that the season is over." Said Lilly.
