This ain't one of those ^

But on a kinda similar note, I just realized that the Beacon prom crap was supposed to happen before the field trip missions....Bylat. Anyways! The best fanfics tend to not follow the rules or stick to a generic storyline everybody else has done soooo screw it! The Prom has never happened in this universe just like how nobody laughs at Yang's jokes.

Ozpin POV

As he entered the small compartment of the elevator and the two doors shut with a metal clang he could only imagine what Maks had gone through for him to be radiating anger like that.

When I confront him I must be understanding and listen to what happened. If possible maybe even explain the Salem situation.

As the headmaster was thinking inside of the elevator a ding emitted and the doors opened with smoothness revealing a new site before him. Sitting down in his chair behind his desk was Maks, arms crossed, a foot on his desk.

Maks: Ah good, you're here. Have a seat will you, then we can discuss business.

Now who's office does he think he's in?

Ozpin: Agreed, now we can start the second I take my seat and you sit on the chair in front of the de-

Maks: Sit down Ozma.

Ozpin froze with slight fear and surprise. Maks's Voice pitched deep a few tones and red briefly flashed through his visor then to normal.

How possibly does he know of that name, I keep that information with only my most trusted and they wouldn't leak it.

Slowly and steadily Ozpin takes a seat in the small chair and keeps helmet contact with him.

Ozpin: Where did you hear that.

Maks: Actually I read it on some ancient texts, and judging by your reaction my assumptions are right.

Maks finally put his dirty boots off of Ozpin's clean desk and stood up. He reached up to his helmet and unbuckled a strap under his chin. Maks grabbed his helmet, slipped it off and firmly placed it on top the desk. His serious firm face and unblinking eyes penetrated through Ozpin.

Those eyes hold all sorts of emotions but anger is the leading factor, I don't think anyone has ever seen this side of him. I should tread carefully.

Maks: Before I explain what happened during my sh*t storm of a mission you sent me to, please explain to me why when I was kidnapped by Salem in my dreams and sent to her castle, did I catch a glance of a countless decade-old portrait of a man named Ozma that looked a lot like you with a woman that looks a lot like Salem with lots of young kids at both your sides?

After finishing his long sentenced question Maks pulls out a familiar pistol and placed it next to his helmet on top the desk, further showing his seriousness of the situation.

Ozpin: *nerves chuckle* I see you picked up your gun from the blacksmith repair shop, I hope it's as good as its previous condition.

Maks: Answer the question, now.

Said Maks while putting extra emphasis on his last word.

He couldn't dodge it anymore, he had to tell Maks the truth about his past. With a large audible sigh, Ozpin lets out a breath and reaches out with his mug and puts down the coffee cup that's never seen out of his hands.
