Chapter 3

The next day, the girls and I decided to do our makeup and hair together. They caked my face with makeup. A couple hours later after all the girls were done we went to see the boys. I went downstairs with my starlight dress on and my hair done in a messy yet put together way. My hair was tightly curled but the curls were arranged in a messy way. I like it.

All the girls looks absolutely gorgeous going down the stairs as well and that was acknowledged by the guys as all of their jaws dropped to the floor. Everyone who had a mate flocked to them and they all were cooing over each other while I just went to my "date" for the night, Kyuhyun.

"Is that not the most sickening sight you have ever seen." Kyuhyun stated while motioning a puking action. I laughed.

"Yah, makes me not want a mate. I don't want to be stuck to someone like a puppy." I wrinkled my nose and Kyuhyun chuckled.

"Shall we got m'lady?" He held out his his arm and I took it graciously. We went out to the house and into a huge black limmo. There was four lined up together so we split up into 4 groups of 14. Kyuhyun and I had us and all of EXO. We explained to them how the ball works and they seemed to understand pretty quickly. Once we got there, Kyuhyun held out his hand for me to take it and we went inside the huge manor that the vampire council owns. When we walked in, there was all of the pure bloods and aristocrats. Something I noticed was that there was a DJ on top of a stage in the front of the room. Kyuhyun and I couldn't help but crack up in laughter.

"The old geezers decided to modernize a bit!" Kangin laughed and hit Kyuhyun on the back. Kyuhyun winced but decided not to say anything. Kangin had super strength so even if he hits you lightly, it hurts. He's extremely soft with the girls but with the boys, he didn't care.

"Let's see how they like a music change" Heechul winked at us and made eye contact with the DJ. A couple seconds later, 'Turn Down For What' was blasted through the speakers. Heechul controls people with his eyes. It makes sense because his eyes are defiantly the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen! It's hard to not find yourself staring into them.

"Now that's more like it!" Hangin yelled.

"Let's go meet some ladies!" Heechul put an arm around Kangins neck as they danced to the music, flocking towards the ladies.

"You're looking really good this evening, MinRa." I look to my right to see Chansung of the JYP clan. I rolled my eyes at his cockiness. He thinks that because we both are powerful and he thinks I'm gorgeous that means we are meant to be mates. Sorry but I don't go for just anyone and to be honest, he creeps me out.

"What do you want." I scoffed. He took a drink from his wine glass that I could smell was blood and red wine. Nasty.

"Can't someone just be nice and complement the most beautiful person in the whole room?" He smirked.

"Oh I'm so flattered." I answered sarcastically.

"You should give up this hard to get act and just admit that your attracted to me."

"As if! I wouldn't be attracted to you even if you was the last vampire on earth." He was about to say something when a bunch of new vampires flocked to me. They kept trying to sweet talk me and bribe me. I started to feel so cluster phobic, my heart rate was speeding up. I soon felt a hand grab my arm, pulling me out of the croud. I look up to see a smiling G.NA. Relief washed across me.

"Thanks for saving me!" I gave my best friend a hug. G.NA was an aristrocrat that I met last year at this party. She quickly became my best friend and we understand each other. She has my back no matter what and I'm thankful for her.

"No problem girl. You seemed to be that life of the party though. I wish I was like that." She joked. I laughed and walked with her to the gazebo to talk.
