Chapter 9

Nothing really eventful has happened over the past 3 months. As soon as Melonie told me her story, we were both a sobbing mess. She explained to me how important it was for us to go find her nephews and brother-in-law. She wanted them to know what happened and give them closure as well as protecting them. I told her it probably wasn't a good idea because her senses are wide awake and she could lose control with the smell of human blood at an instant. I didn't want her killing her family. Tiffany and I still visited N, but we left Melonie with Sungmin, Tao, and Yuri to teach and train her our ways.
Things were a little awkward with Tiffany and N but they seemed to like each other enough. Tiffany didn't tell me otherwise so what else is there to believe. N and I keep getting closer and closer. I feel like nothing can keep us apart. We also spent a whole day together fixing up our little house and it looks pretty snazzy right now. It had cute little furniture and so homey. We bought a candle called cozy sweater to make the place feel more like home and visited as much as possible. Just as I was going out to see N again today, Sungmin stopped me at the door.
"What is it?" I asked cautiously.
"When are you going to tell us about your mate?" He asked while raising an eyebrow. I swear...
"When I feel like it!" I spat and shoved passed him.
"You know we are worried about you. You can't keep hiding this forever." He kept following me as I tried to race to my car. I'm in no mood...
"I'll keep it a secret for as long as I can even if it means I have to move" I said as I reached the car.
"You'll leave your family!" He sounded angry yet hurt.
"If it was with something that could harm you or Sunny you would do the same thing and you know it!"
"If there is something going on then tell me. I can help!"
"No you can't now leave me alone!!!!" I yelled and sped off in my car. Why does he want to get into my personal life. It's none of his business! I can do what I want, I'm not a little girl anymore. I pulled up into the house and stormed in, startling N who was sleeping on the couch.
"I swear people don't know how to leave me alone!" I said as soon as I came in.
"What happened?" N groggily replied and scratched his head.
"Sungmin!! He doesn't respect my
privacy and wanted me to tell him about you." I huffed and started pacing the floor. Anger still boiled inside me as I kept thinking about it.
"Come here. I know what might calm you down." He grabbed my hand and dragged me upstairs to what we would want to be our bedroom. I walked in and saw the last piece that was missing, a bed. It was white with a grey bedding and purple lining. I smiled and hugged N.
"It's perfect!!" The stressed left me as I hurried and jumped on the bed. I stretched myself out on the bed enjoying the comfort of it. "I could sleep here" suddenly I looked up to see N looking down at me. He was completely over top of me and had his head held up by his hands that was propped up on his elbow. He smirked.
"Why don't you?" He said harshly in a husky voice that sent my senses spinning.
"N, we can't do this." I warned.
"Why is that?"
"I don't want to bite you. I could kill you or turn you." I looked down, knowing how much I really wanted to feel his hands on me. I was going crazy inside and he hasn't even laid a finger on me.
"Then let me do all the work" he breathed against my ear causing me to shiver. I tightened because he really turned me on. He started kissing my lips slightly and getting rougher with each kiss. Suddenly there was a pinch as he bit my bottom lip. I squealed at the sudden sensation. He proceeded down my jawbone and started unbuttoning my shirt.
"You're so slow" I told him. I used my vampire speed to undress us in 10 seconds flat, using my vectors of course.
"Hey now, you taking all the fun away." He pouted but grabbed me to position me right on the bed. "Now are you going to be a good girl?" He asked and I nodded my head. He continued kissing my neck, hands exploring everywhere as I did the same. Moans and gasps could be heard all over the place as we teased and made love to each other. I controlled my self anyway possible, I just hope that I didn't hurt him.

I woke up the next morning to find myself staring up at the ceiling. N was sleeping soundly on my stomach. I smiled and started stoking his hair. He's so precious to me and words just can't explain what I feel for him. His perfect plump oval shaped lips was just slightly spread apart as he was sleeping soundly. It's nice to wake up to his scent which made me feel safe and composed. We finally expressed our desire in the most beautiful way possible and I don't regret it one bit. I could lay like this forever when ,like as if on cue, N started waking up. His oval black eyes open and stared at me. He smiled and I did the same.
"Good morning!" He groggily said.
"Good morning"
"I love you!" He said and climbed up to my face, planting a sweet kiss between my eyes.
"I love you too." I exhaled. My hands crept around his neck.
"Shower?" He asked while still planting those soft kisses on my face.
"Shower" I agreed. He slowly got up and we took a shower, together of course. I changed into black tights and a grey oversized long sleeve shirt. I wanted to keep it simple today.
"Do you have anything to do today?" He asked while cooking some ramen in the kitchen.
"Uh, no but I should probably send a text to my sister and tell her where I am." I said and preceded to do so. Apparently she went over to Nichkhun's clans house to stay the night. Get you some Tiff!
While I was cheering in my head, I got a message from Sungmin.... Great.
Sungmin: I know you're probably mad at me but you need to know that Mr. Lee is on his way home. And please understand I'm always on your side.
Shoot Mr. Lee! I didn't want to deal with him quite yet! Maybe it would be better to tell Sungmin about everything.
"Hey N?" I asked.
"Yeah?" He said while finishing the breakfast.
"I need to have a discussion with you." I sat down at the little table in the kitchen ready to discuss everything with him.
