Chapter 15: And You're Back

I woke up and got ready it felt like a usual routine but when I got downstairs the production crew was running around shouting orders trying to get everything together for something. I find Emily and I ask her if she knows what the fuck is going on but she is just as confused as me. Levi comes in and starts lining us up before Shamir gets there. Shamir came into the living with this creepy smile which could only mean one thing there is a new twist for the show. Shamir proudly announces "Today you all are going to become the judge, jury, and savior! Because a blast from the past is coming back. Since we took a vote away from you and the audience intervened in another elimination. We are giving the power back to you! So all of the eliminated contestants are coming back to compete for a spot back in the house! So come on in!!" My jaw legit dropped seeing everyone come back in this house I was shook. Me and Emily instantly ran to Annaleigh, but everyone else didn't really get a super warm welcome since they didn't form alliances. Annie, Anna, and Tamir just kind of stood together, Alex and Cassadi stood near each other but it was awkward. Annie looked at us the "startle reactions" and it's almost like you could feel the heat of her rage. She was pissed but it was not my fault that she couldn't get one fucking word out during her speech. Plus my vote is already decided on Annaleigh but I am curious to see how everyone else does with this challenge. Shamir finally stops us from talking to continue his opening. He continues by saying "Today's challenge is going to be presenting a verbal argument to explain why you deserve to be here. Former contestants take the time before today's challenge to hone and develop your argument. Current contestants really are critical on who you bring back in this competition because they will be the newest person you have to compete with. So actually think and play the game in your favor. Good luck and I will see you all soon!"

I don't know what Shamir was implying but maybe he is right. I could just try and have everyone vote Annie back in she or Tamir did the worse so far in the competition and they both couldn't compete with the current level of competition. I need to really think about this because this could boost my game plan tremendously if I chose someone who is easy to eliminate whenever it suits me. I guess I will just have to see how everyone does because it is time to see what they all got.

All of the current mockers file into the jury box looking very fierce, and by fierce I mean outfits and very stern mean looks. I have to say we all look quite intimidating. Shamir comes in and takes a seat bench and begins the opening intro "Well mockers the time has come each of the eliminated will come before you and sit in the jury box and explain briefly why they deserve a second chance, and at the time has come old contestants I hope you are ready. We will begin in order of elimination!"

Arguments

Annie- "Uhm, Hello my fellow constituents I come before you today to ask you for a second chance. I deserve to be in this competition because I bring a new perspective to this competition I represent a minority of law students who want to combine their passions of justice and music! So please consider me for this opportunity. Thank you."

Tamir- "I deserve to come back because the challenge I left on was stupid. This is about the law, not fashion. I am a simple man sorry if I didn't want to bring high fashion clothes to a reality show based on a mock trial."

Anna- "I really need to be back in this competition because I am clearly fit to go all the way to the top. Being back would help me go further in life and I think it would be a really amazing opportunity. Thank you all"

Cassadi- "I have actually decided law is not going to be my career choice so I don't care."

Annaleigh- "I was eliminated unfairly, unjustly, and without any proper reasoning. I even argue this whole competition currently is because of Cassadi's and my own elimination! If the producers realize that what Jillian did was wrong I ask all of you to reverse her cruel mistakes. I know Jillian just did that because she is afraid of me but in my heart I know I deserve better. Thank you"

Alex- "I know I messed during my time here, but a second chance could really help me show everyone how sorry I am. I truly regret what I did because I hurt two people I genuinely cared about just for the ratings and to be seen as a lusted after heartthrob. I want to right those wrongs and it can only happen with you guys picking me"

Well, those speeches moved me, well some of them did. After Alex left we all started to deliberate. The room seemed to narrow their choices between Annie, Annaleigh, and surprisingly Alex. Me and Emily obviously want Annaleigh. That's our homegirl she has busted her ass to prove she deserves to be here! Sean wants Annie back in because he thinks she is an easy competition to pick off. Jillian wants Alex back because she believes he is a wild card that could help her in the future... I don't know what those two have going on but this is another time Jillian has either saved or stuck up for Alex. So Drew is the tiebreaker. He sits and thinks for a while, and finally looks back to us and said I have made my decision but I am not telling you all who I picked because it is I want to see who everyone vote. We all write down our votes and put them in a box. Shamir gathers the eliminated mockers together. "If I call your name please step forward. Annie, Annaleigh, Alex. You three received the votes from the remaining mockers. The one who has the most votes will be returning to this competition. In the event of a tie, I will pick the contest who returns! So, let's begin." Shamir begins to pull one vote one by one. "One vote for Annie, One vote for Alex, One vote for Annaleigh, Another vote for Annaleigh. If this next vote is for Annaleigh then she will be welcomed back into this competition, if this next vote is for Alex then we will have a tie. The final vote is for... Annaleigh!!! Congratulations! You are back in the competition! To the other competitors, I am sorry to say you will not be back but don't fret I don't think we have seen the last of you all."

Annaleigh screamed with excitement she ran over and hugged me and Emily! Drew pats her on the back and tells her "You deserve to be here you earned this more than anyone and you went home before you were supposed to!" Sean and Jillian look visibly pissed I wonder where this leaves their alliance!
