I was driving into Millie's apartment car park. I parked my car and got out making my way up the stairwell till I reached her door. I unlocked the door stepping into a dark corridor.

I took of my shoes and walked further down the corridor as I saw the lit living room. But before I stepped in I stopped. Emily and Millie were arguing.

"Millie you've got to make a decision" Emily said in a warning voice.

"You can't fucking make me Em! Why would you make me do this!" Millie shouted.

"Because he's not good for you millie!" Emily shouted back.

He? Who was he?

"Em please..don't do this!" Millie said, I could hear the weakness in her voice.

"I'm doing this for your own good. You both are far too attached to eachother. You keep getting hurt because of him and he isn't doing anything about it. I'm getting sick of this millie. He is not good for you. Just stop seeing him" Emily said.

I was so confused. Who were they talking about. Had Millie possibly..found someone else? My heart sunk as I started to worry.

"Em..stop he'll be here any minute now, he's probably had a stressful day at work already" Millie said in distress.

Oh, they were talking about me. I stood there in silence thinking about what was just said about me. Was I really that bad? Had I been causing Millie pain all this time?

"I don't fucking Care Millie. Make your decision now before I take matters into my own hands." Emily said. I think now was time I decided to step out.

I breathed in and walked into the front room seeing Millie on one side of the room and Emily on the other. They both looked at me, but with different expressions. Emily had a stone cold look on her face meanwhile Millie looked like she was about to cry.

I tensed, wanting to hold Millie and tell her it was fine but I couldn't.

"You know..if you didn't want me around her you could have just told me in the first place. I didn't want to hurt her. I just wanted to keep her happy...I think I'll leave now" I quietly said. I was just about to leave the room when Emily spoke up.

"Luke stop-" she said but Millie interrupted her.

"No Emily you stop" her voice broke. I sucked in my air trying to control my emotions. I stood still.

"I-I don't understand what has gotten into you but everything was going fine between me and Luke. Non of this, non of this is his fault..please stop blaming him. If this is anyone's fault it's my parents and Hussain's. It doesn't mean you have to start parting me from people like this. I'm sorry but I can't fucking live without Luke" Millie said as she started to cry, I turned back around to face her.

"Millie don't cry" I said shakily.

"Mil-" Emily was interrupted by Millie.

"No don't Millie me! Emily i do not get your problem but you've been so distant and acting all different towards me! I don't want you deciding who i see! and i especially don't take it when you try to part me and Luke! I've had enough of this..so please stop" Millie sobbed.

there was an awkward silence where all that could be heard was the rain from outside and Millie's occasional sniffles.

"Millie i'm sorry.." Emily said before walking out the room, hearing the closing of a door which meant she'd probably gone into her room.

Millie was stood with her head in her hands as she cried now. I walked towards her and stood beside her waiting for her to realise i was there. After a while she looked up at me with a tear stained hurt - looking face.
