Dave

Dave never knew that Anna will slap him and leave him alone in his office. Its already 5 minutes after Anna left him alone in his room, he is so speechless, and for a moment he take a deep breathes and close his eyes and try to know what's going so wrong. He just kiss her instinctively because he miss her a lot, but not for Anna. Dave then walk slowly to his chair, sit, lean back, and close his eyes. He can see Anna with her smile, a beautiful smile the one he love, but then the image is changing, he can look the previous Anna but with no smile to him, only an anger.

"Anna, why?" Dave try to ask the question to himself. He suddenly quite and sigh. The scenes from 6 years ago playing in his head, all the memories come and make him thinking and back to 6 years ago.

6 years ago...

Dave just start his 3rd semester at Harvard University, attending both Faculty of Law and Faculty of Business for his double degree. Anyone who knows him always praise him because what he is doing. Dave is a genius, popular among men and women, students and professors. He just like a gem in everyone eyes. Many girls want to be his girlfriend, but in his head right now, there's no place for it, that's what his taught until he meet with that girl.

"Yo Dave waddap," someone tap Dave on his shoulder.

Dave turn and see one of her best friend, Mike, he smile and say: "am good today Mike, what about you?"

Mike give him a quick nods and walk with him. They're going to canteen for lunch and hear some noises from the park beside them. There's a girl, sitting on a chair, laughing out loud with her friend. Dave never see her before, but her captivating smile make Dave stop and see her. That girl have a beautiful future that will make every man falling in love with her, and Dave maybe one of them. Mike is looking at Dave because his sudden stop, and look at the direction of Dave eyes, and he smirk.

"Hmm...that's Anna, on of student from business," Mike said to Dave.

"How do you know her?" Dave ask, his eyes still glue to Anna.

"I'm taking several class with her at nite class, that's why I know her. She is a good girl, smart, and easy going," Mike answered. Then without Dave realize, Mike walk towards Anna. He is talking with her for a while and then he shout: "Yo Dave! Come here!"

Dave is looking at here with a doubt, like dumb and dumber, then he forced his leg to move forward. As he come nearly to them, he can see clearly Anna figure. Slender body, beautiful long lashes, pointed nose and bright smile.

"So, Anna, let me introduce you to Dave, he is my best friend," Mike said.

"Hai Dave, nice to meet you," Anna smile.

"Nice to meet you too Anna," Dave nods and smile back to her. For Dave, Anna is perfect just the way she is, that's make him falling in love in the first sight.

Meeting with Anna is one of the good things that happened in Dave life, the good things that continue until 1 years later. In a month, he try everything he can to make Anna falling for him too, until that day on Anna birthday, Dave finally ask Anna to be his girlfriend and Anna accept it. They are having a really nice relationship, everyone sees them as an 'it' couple, envy with how good they're looking together. All seems so good, until that day come like a storm.

"Dave! yo Dave!" Mike call him loudly from 2nd floor.

Dave turn and see Mike running to him. "What on earth?" Dave ask.

"Hmm...the dean call you to his office," Mike tell him with smile. It confusing Dave a little but he nod, and say: "okay then, thanks for the information, I will go there now." 

Mike nod and go to his class. Dave see him and smile, after that he go to the dean office. Dave never see this one is coming and going to changes all his relationship with Anna. 

After an hour, Dave go out from the office, he is smiling and walk to the park to meet with Anna, and he want to tell her a good news.

"Hi babe," Dave come and kiss Anna on her forehead.

Anna smile at his man. Anna always think that Dave is like a god, he have a handsome looking face, and as a note, many girls falling in love with him, but he only choose her, that's quite astonishing for Anna.

"Why you taking so long?" Anna ask.

"Ahh, I'm sorry for that babe, the dean just called me to meet with him," Dave answer and stroke Anna hair.

"Oh, what for?" Anna look suspicious. 

Before Dave answer her, Anna talk again: "He didn't ask you to take the project, didn't he?"

Dave surprise, but then he say: "Well, he is offering me that, because he knows that I will take it without no doubt."

Listen to it, Anna doesn't impress, she look solemn and sad at the same time. "So...so you will take the project?" Anna asking.

"Well...I'm thinking about that, it's my dream after all," Dave said.

Anna just sigh and stay quite for a time being. In Anna heart, she want to give a support for Dave, but it's hard for her to not meet him.

"Just think about it Dave, and give your answer to the dean and to me," Anna said and leave Dave alone.

Present...

Dave still remembered that night was the last night he met with Anna, because he didn't have time to say to Anna that he would go the next day. Deep in his heart, Dave always praying that Anna will forgive him, forgive all his decisions, and forgive him because he went before say anything to her.

Actually that time, Dave send Anna a message, but Anna just said 'Ok', so at that time he thought that's fine, but he didn't know when Anna read the messages, she was crying.

"What should I do?" Dave ask himself.
