Looking at Jungkook's last text inflated Hana's anxiety. Although she didn't necessarily want to talk to him, she couldn't help but appreciate the effort he made to show her that whatever was wrong, he wanted to make it right. But, could he make it right? After Saejoon showed up at his door, and after the things she had said, Hana wasn't sure he could. How could she trust him after the manipulation from the beginning, and now the lying?

She'd spend their whole relationship questioning him, and that wasn't something that she wanted. But, if he was going to make the effort to come all the way to her and talk, she would at least listen to him before making it clear they couldn't continue any longer and kicking him to the curb.

Soft knocks at her door interrupted her brooding, and her anxiety grew tenfold. Was he already here? "Hana?" Chan's voice barely made it's way through the wood of her door, but even though it was quiet, it still allowed relief to wash through her. She still had time before Jungkook arrived. "Jungkook is here to see you. Should I let him in?"

Okay, so maybe she didn't have any time.

"Yeah," she said simply, fidgeting with her phone as she leaned back against the headboard of her bed. Droplets of water from her shower pooled up at the bottom of her hair strands, making it evident she had just recently showered, and giving Hana something to focus on when Jungkook finally walked into her room, gently shutting the door behind him.

He was careful not to get to close to her, probably realizing that she wanted some space. So instead of sitting down next to her on her bed, he perched himself on her computer chair, swiveling around in it as they both bathed in the silence for a little longer. Sensing Jungkook's hesitation, Hana got the notion that he was uncomfortable, whether it was this situation or what he had came over here to talk about.

"You heard what Saejoon said at my door this morning," he stated, although it was obvious. Hana had made it pretty clear in her text that she was upset because of the things that woman had said when she showed up at her door. Biting the inside of her cheek, Hana turned her head to the side and brought her knees to her chest so she could hold them.

"She was the woman from the boardwalk," Hana was nearly mocking Jungkook, stating an irrelevant, yet obvious fact, that didn't help facilitate their conversation.

"Is that why you were upset this morning?" he wondered out loud. Hana didn't bother looking over at him. She knew not answering would be an answer enough for him, but she didn't want him to think that she was being completely irrational, although she knew this morning, she was.

"It's none of my business," she muttered, showing her lack of interest in the woman.

"You're right," Jungkook simply agreed, causing Hana's stomach to drop. "But I'm making it your business, because I want you to know the truth, versus what I know you're thinking." Hana's eyes briefly flickered towards him, just long enough to see that he was leaning forward on his knees, looking at her intently even though she wouldn't even face his direction.
