Chapter 17

The whole Quinx squad exited the CCG building.

We've just finished our second meeting.

We were currently on our way to Uta's shop.

Suddenly I heard a very familiar voice.

"Kaneki-kun! Y/N-chan!"

And there I saw it.

Tsukiyama Shuu in the flesh.

He was wearing his rose suit.

I bet Hori gave him our whereabouts.

He ran towards us at full-speed.

Suddenly he tripped and fell on the ground.

"Kaneki-kun...Y/N-chan..." Tsukiyama mumbled.

Haise stared at him for a while.

Saiko laid down on the ground while Haise crouched down.

I did the same with Mutsuki.

"Sorry," Haise said, "Are you okay?"

Tsukiyama raised his head and looked at me and Haise.

"A unique style of clothing..." Saiko mumbled.

Tsukiyama mumbled some weird noises.

Not long after, a person who was wearing sunglasses ran to us and grabbed Tsukiyama.

I'm guessing that's Kanae.

"Excuse us," he said before leaving with Tsukiyama.

"Is he okay?" Haise asked.

"I'll go check on them," I said.

I then ran towards the two.

"Kanae, Shuu-chan, what the heck are you two doing?!" I whisper-yelled, "You guys could've gotten caught!"

"L/N-sama..." Kanae mumbled.

"Y/N-chan!" Tsukiyama said with a big grin on his face, "You remember me!"

I chuckled.

"Of course I do," I said, "Kaneki on the other-hand, he lost every single one of his memories."

Tsukiyama trembled.

"But, how come he remembers you?" he asked.

"He doesn't," I replied.

Tsukiyama lowered his head.

"I see..."

"L/N-sama, you should go back with the doves," Kanae said, "You wouldn't want to raise suspicions."

"You're right," I said, "See you, Shuu-chan, Kanae!"

I then returned to my squad.

"How is he?" Haise asked.

"Apparently he's sick," I explained, "He was too excited to get out of his house, and you saw the rest."

"I hope he gets better," Haise said, "Well then, let's go."

"Welcome."

The six of us were greeted by Uta when we walked in.

"Hey, that person's a ghoul right?" Shirazu whispered to Mutsuki and I, "Obviously a ghoul, right?"

"Shh!" Mutsuki and I hushed him.

I then walked towards Haise and Uta.

"Hello, Uta-san," Haise greeted.

"Welcome Sasaki-kun," Uta greeted back, "You too, Y/N."
