That night, the Quinx squad and some other investigators including Ui stood in front of the Tsukiyama household.

I sighed; this place brings back memories.

I still remember the time Tsukiyama confessed to me on...

I chuckled internally; it was funny seeing the reaction on his face at that time when he found out I was Phoenix.

I miss those days...

Ui entered the house.

Not long after, we received a report from our earpieces.

"We have apprehended Tsukiyama Mirumo!" the voice said, "I repeat, we have apprehended Tsukiyama Mirumo!"

"Alright, time to go home," Saiko said.

Urie frowned as his grip on his quinque tightened.

Haise lowered his head.

It seems that he suspects something.

I sighed.

I can only hope Tsukiyama is doing well right now.

Knowing Mirumo-san, he probably used himself as bait so that Shuu-chan could escape.

If Shuu-chan dies, no one could continue the legacy of the Tsukiyama family.

I'm guessing he'll take refuge in one of the Tsukiyama group's buildings.

And my guess was right again.

Not long after, Washuu ordered us to one of the Tsukiyama group's buildings.

It turns out Tsukiyama was hiding there with his servants.

We were immediately sent there.

The Quinx squad stood in the basement of the building.

We eyed all of the ghouls that were ready to face us.

Haise gave us the order, and we all attacked them.

Urie and Mutsuki ran together, while Shirazu was with Saiko.

Haise and I worked together to defeat the rest.

"I'll take care of the front," Urie said, "Mutsuki, you take care of the ones on the side!"

Mutsuki hummed in response.

They then split up.

Saiko blocked an attack from a ghoul with her hammer.

"Saiko!"

Saiko looked above her to see Shirazu.

"Move!" he yelled.

Saiko moved back as Shirazu released his bomb-like shards towards the ghouls.

Urie and Mutsuki moved harmoniously as they sliced the ghouls.

I couldn't help but smile.

The ship was sailing.

"Y/N!"

I immediately sliced the ghoul that was about to attack me.

Haise sliced another ghoul in half.

"Don't daydream next time!" Haise scolded as I chuckle awkwardly.

Haise and I observed the other members.

If the enemy levels are like this, then any squad can win the fight.
