We all gathered at the CCG cemetery.

Every single staff of the CCG wore black.

Ito, Kuroiwa, and Hirako stood in front of Michibata's grave.

Ito lowered his head to show his grief.

I would head over and comfort him, but it seems like he needs some space.

I then approached Shirazu's grave.

Saiko kneeled down in front of the grave with Akira next to her.

She was crying, and Akira tried to comfort her.

Mutsuki stood behind them with a sad look on his face.

I held the bouquets of flowers tightly.

I stood next to Mutsuki.

"I can't believe he's actually gone," Mutsuki said, "And he was the first out of all of us."

I nodded.

"Even so, we have to keep living don't we?" I said, "I'm sure Shirazu would want us to do that."

Mutsuki smiled.

"You're right."

I then walked towards Saiko and Akira.

I stared at Shirazu's tomb stone.

Then, I placed one bouquet of flowers on top of it.

"Rest well Shirazu, you did well."

A tear rolled down on my cheek as I murmured.

"I love you."

I then wiped my tears away and walked towards the hill behind.

Urie stood there while looking towards the dark sky.

When he heard my footsteps, he immediately turned around.

"You're not going to join the others?" I asked.

Urie shook his head.

"It's no use," he said.

I then sighed.

"I can't believe we're going to part ways after this," I said.

"Yeah," Urie answered, "Sasaki wanted you to be his partner right?"

I nodded.

"I sure will miss the Quinx," I said, "But I have no doubts that you guys will do fine."

Urie then look towards the bouquets of flowers that I was still holding.

"Who are those for?"

I smiled sadly.

"The people who I was close to," I said, "Do you want to join me?"

Urie hesitantly stared at the flowers before sighing.

"Sure."

We then walked towards three familiar graves.

Urie stood next to me.

"It's been a while, Mado-san," I said.

I put a bouquet on Mado's grave.

"I wasn't able to keep my promise, therefore I am truly sorry," I said, "But, the CCG has successfully slain the Owl. So, I hope you'll accept that instead. Thank you for everything, Mado-san. I miss you."

"You were close with Mado-san's father, huh?" Urie asked.

I nodded.

"I admit, he's kind of crazy," I answered, "But he's actually one of the nicest people I've ever met."

Then I looked towards the two graves beside Mado's.

Urie widened his eyes when he read the names on them.

"L/N M/N and L/N F/N?"

I slowly nodded.

"My parents," I answered, "I would never forgive them for leaving me at home alone every time they go on missions, but when I lost them I realized how much they mean to me."

I put another bouquet in the middle of their graves.

"Mom, dad, I'm sorry. Thank you for taking care of me. I'll love you always."

I turned and looked at Urie.

"There's one more person that we should visit."

I then lead him to a grave that I've never visited before.

Urie gasped when he saw it.

It was his father's.

I smiled softly and gave the bouquet to Urie.

"You might want to give this to him."

Urie hesitantly stared at the tomb.

Not long after, he put the flowers on the stone.

A tear rolled down on his cheek, followed by another tear.

Not long after, he was crying.

I held Urie close.

Suddenly, I felt myself crying as well.

We embraced each other under the dark sky as we mourned for our loved ones.

Today, we took the time to grief for the people who are no longer with us.

Today also marks a new beginning.

A beginning without them.
